A wonderful break from pandemic induced anxiety
Reviewed By wiiizaOnce the travel restrictions was lifted we cant wait to take a break from our pandemic induced anxiety. Spending a weeek in Casanemo did just that. The moment we arrived we noticed how they ensure everything is disinfected and sanitized - and it give us peace of mind. The staff looked after us very well despite the resort running at half-capacity. The beach was wonderful as always, we felt relaxed, chilled, and de-stressed - now we’re ready to face reality again. Casanemo is an excellent local business that support livelihood of many, and I hope they survive this economic storm. I hope we can comeback!

Excellent property by a warm host
Reviewed By AlvinKyenBack to basic, and it's a good thing. The property is located in a rather remote side of the island so dont be surprised when your journey starts to be on untarred "road". The property is right at the edge of the water so it offers a stunning view of the ocean and sunrise too. Added bonus is having it's own dock so one could get into your boats easily. By night it's a great spot to hangout and chill. Room wise it was comfortable and clean. Surprisingly there were no bugs and insects even at night. Amenities were basic but sufficient. Toilet was modern with hot water. Surrounding the property are a few small convenience stores, cafe, restaurants and a dive centre. Meals provided were delicious and fresh. One can get coffee or tea throughout the day from the kitchen or just ask their friendly staff whenever you feel peckish. Overall we were delighted to have chosen this property. Will be back for sure.

Reviewed By Alexander_KudrinЭтот мини отель находится в полутора километрах от города Saban. Совсем недалеко находится морское побережье и пляж Sumur Tiga Beach. Если хотите попасть на очень хороший пляж, то стоит пройти ещё 600 м до отеля Freddie’s. Там чудесный белый песок, практически нет камней, Есть возможность потом вымыть ноги и сходить в туалет. Мы брали помещение, состоящий из трёх комнат с двух спальными кроватями. Две из комнат имели собственные ванную комнату и третья комната - общую ванну и туалет. Вход в эти три комнаты из большого зала со столом, телевизором и двумя вентиляторами, где можно собраться всем вместе вечером. Там же находится кулер с горячей и холодной водой, сушилка для одежды. Хозяин отеля молодой человек по имени Анри каждое утро приносил нам индивидуальные завтраки. В пластиковой коробке находился омлет, кусочек мяса, упакованный отдельно с соусом, а также рис с какими-то приправами. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, внимательное и доброжелательное отношение персонала. Хозяин всячески старался помочь нам – вызывал моторикшу, который возил нас по всему острову, советовал где поесть, и всячески старался сделать наше пребывание здесь максимально комфортным.

Full of Charm
Reviewed By aprilk596Think of the film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Although there were some faults with what was quite a new hotel, the charm and willingness by all the staff made up for this. There was always a delay or two in trying to get things (wifi, water, most of the dinner menu) but the hotel is in a beautiful location and the effort put in by the staff made up for any problems.

Old place with charm
Reviewed By akmarahmadWe know we would be arriving late for check in so we didn’t mind the stay. The sunrise here was superb. It has a pool. A lovely walkway around the resort. It doesn’t have beach for people to swim in. But it has an awesome view facing the sea. Room was adequate and clean. But we were really disappointed because there was no wifi on our 1night stay (it was a choosing aspect other than breakfast inclusive). The modem got fired a few days before we arrive and the manager there didn’t get it fixed.

We hadn’t dived in 5+ years so started with a refresher on the beautiful house reef before going out for a couple of dives around Rubiah Island (2 different sites). The team are incredibly nice, very welcoming and strike the balance perfectly between professional and personable! (Exactly what you want when breathing underwater!) highly recommend diving with Lumba Lumba next time you’re in Pulau Weh.
