We stayed here for one night and we had an excellent experience: is clean, it has beautiful decoration, excellent location,etc. Murat, who works in the hotel, is extremely attentive, helpful and cheerful. The hotel also gave us a tour around the Ouzoud waterfalls, Salah was our amazing guide and we are also extremely grateful with him for his time, explanations, stories and company. Finally we had an amazing dinner and breakfast at the hotel, the menu options are delicious and we enjoyed a lot our time there. Ps: the only suggestion I have is that the address of the hotel should be given also in coordinates so it would be easier to find the place with the GPS. Thank you so much!

Reviewed By elisaledraThe place is great all place in the photo looks amazing but thus actually look better, the decoration, the garden, the room, the hall all in such a high standard. The room in the garden are big and have a "private" little space outside. The staff are great very polite and nice. The breakfast was good as well. The location is perfect to walk to the Waterfall and enjoy and relax in the garden with an amazing swimming pool.

Reviewed By 162yasseryI have spent 2 nights with my family in Palais d'ouzoud, and the whole experience was simply amazing, starting from the hotel location, the heart-taking view, and more importantly the very very kind and helpful staff. I strongly recommend it if you want to spend a time to remember in the middle of Atlas mountains.

Super close to the falls, friendly host and budget freindly!
Reviewed By Beatel89We stayed at Hotel the France at a very good rate, and were surprised to find out how exactly close it was to the Ouzoud Falls. Literally not more then 10 minutes by foot. Our host Azden was friendly enough to bring us to the falls and give explanation and tips for which rout we would need to take for a trekking around the place. As it was pretty late when we got back from the falls (you can see it at night as they illuminate the place), Azden prepared a Berber omelette which was very delicious. The place is very suitable for families with children as it has a really big garden area. I would definitely reconsider going back!

Reviewed By framboise0710Le salon est grand et propre. La chambre est simple et propre également . La salle d'eau ainsi que la cuisine sont d'une propreté, hélas, approximative. Les prises de courant sortent des murs, attention. N'oubliez pas de sortir votre papier toilette avant de prendre votre douche. L'emplacement à deux pas des cascades est impeccable. Le parking est privé et gratuit. L'accueil est bienveillant et sympathique. Nôtre hôte se coupe en quatre pour nous satisfaire. La terrasse sur le toit offre un beau panorama sur les alentours.

Disappointing stay
Reviewed By OlgaN949We arrived with a big group of people and the place wasn't ready for it - part of the food was prepared really late and only partially + problems with hot water - too many people in the place. Facilities in our room were half broken. The place wasn't really ready for the big group (about 20 people). So if it's full, it will have problems. However the place has a beautiful interior and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning that didn't work for heat in some of the rooms. The breakfast was good.

Ночи в декабре холодные, но есть кондиционер, работающий на тепло. В здании отеля есть кафе, там можно заказать ужин и поесть в номере. Очень услужливый персонал. Великолепный завтрак. Очень обильный и вкусный. Есть терраса. Хороший вай-фай. Чудесный вид из окна на горы и деревню. В ванной комнате окно прозрачное, мылась при выключенном свете, но было нормально видно из-за проникновения света из комнаты. И в моем номере была сломана кнопка слива унитаза. Пришлось снять крышку и вручную поднимать механизм. Телевизор был, но кажется не работал. Мне он был не нужен.
