Outdated and NO Crowne Plaza standards
Reviewed By Magdalena_RSOutdated. Old elevators that take forever and even are turned off for whole periods of the day. I had to call reception to get them “turned on” when I was checking out. Old building and old mattresses/pillows. Does not have Crowne Plaza standards but still charges like it does. Food is average and overpriced. Location is not prime. Staff at reception are not friendly. Room was spacious and clean, nice working space, hence the two stars.

Reviewed By 496henkrWe booked for 2 nights, including breakfast and one diner. The room was nice, clear, what can be expected from a business hotel. The diner was very good, only we had to wait a bit long for our food. Breakfast was very good, but a bit crowded. We had to wait for a table and had only little room. There was more then sufficient choice and the quality was very good. The tram to Dusseldorf stops just for the hotel and takes only 17 min to city center. Parking at the hotel is a bit expensive at 16 euro per day. For that money your car can be parked in the parking under the hotel. So on general a good experience with a few remarks, but for less than 200 euro for 2 nights including breakfast and 1 diner for 2 persons, this was very good value for money.

Brilliant hotel located within the indoor Ski slope
Reviewed By HolmezziStayed here for one night with work and loved this hotel! Check in was quick and easy, plenty of parking. The rooms are a good size, very clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is located within the indoor ski slope, which means it’s perfect if you are visiting to participate in the winter activities or skiing. We stayed here as at night we had a curling session booked as part of our Christmas night together as a team, which was a great laugh and included plenty of gluhwein. After curling we eat in the German buffet restaurant, this was my 4th visit to Germany and can honestly say it was the best meal I have had in the country, a great selection of German dishes to choose from and beer / wine / soft drinks were included. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food including honey comb, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. Would love to stay at this hotel again ????

Reviewed By bekiranacfirst time to stay at ibis styles düsseldorf neuss and right at check-in i notice that it's not an authentic ibis styles. they couldn't find my reservation and had to look in another computer for it which i made through accor.com as usual. after they found my reservation, then they had to enter all my info to the other computer and finally gave my key. the room was quite small and it has no AC which was very bad. bathroom also small and old compared to the room which looked newer. breakfast was OK, quite good, can't complain. also the welcome drink voucher and key (it was a key not card) was different from other ibis styles, sure it was a old hotel converted to ibis styles like a francies.didn't enjoy that much especially due to no AC but location was good for my meetings.

Reviewed By ChristineAugustExtremely helpful staff, well located hotel with ample secure parking (for a small fee). We were in Neuss attending a funeral having travelled from the UK. Reception was exceptionally helpful arranging for our PCR results to be printed out before our departure if we needed them to. Breakfast and dinner were excellent even though dinner had to be taken in the bar as the restaurant was closed.
