Reviewed By Michael Pdifficult to find by car, but definitely worth to go! very friendly welcome, nice and spacious room, large terrace, fancy standing lamp in the room ;-). direct, absolute beachfront, which makes a short beach walk in the evening easy ... shoulder season is good, then you are almost alone

A very nice place to stay for holidays
Reviewed By ThanosDJA nice and quiet place, close to Koblevo, about 1km from center. Friendly and helpful staff (though might be a problem if you don't speak Ukrainian) and always with a smile. Clean rooms, with A/C, plus private bathroom and shower. A very useful thing is that the hotel provide a safe inside the room, so you don't have to worry about your personal things.

Aparthotel "Helen-Notel" - a new, modern hotel complex with apartments and rooms for long-term and daily rent. Apart Hotel offers comfortable accommodation with quality and comfortable furnishings and modern appliances. Apartment hotel is 200 meters from the embankment of the city from the yacht club in a quiet park area. At the hotel is non-stop, parking. The complex presents two types of two bedroom apartments on the first and second floors. On each floor there are 4 apartments with euro-repair of two types. Apartment have a different layout. Apartment - is a complete, fully furnished bedroom apartment with a bedroom, a kitchen - studio, bathroom with bath, dressing room and hallway and beautiful views of the waterfront or park. On the third floor there are 8 single rooms with a hallway, bedroom and private bath with shower.
Fantastic little hotel
Reviewed By 64amandhA fantastic very well presented little hotel. We had 3 people stay in 2 rooms, both rooms were immaculately presented and the price was excellent. Wifi was great, we even had a router in our room. We had 3 motorbikes with us and they were so accommodating witb parking them out of sight. Most of all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Katya was so accommodating and answered many questions we had. She was so friendly and always smiling. We really enjoyed our stay at the Helen Hotel, thank you :-)

Reviewed By Aleksandr PThis place is so cute and calm. There are clean rooms and inside space. Administration personal is so polite and responsive. Hostel have a kitchen without cooking place but you should get tea, or coffee. Also you can heat a meal in microwave. Beside bathroom and restroom are so nice

Comfortable hotel with private beach on Black Sea in Ukraine
Reviewed By PhiloLakeAs an alternative to going to Crimea, and quieter than Odessa. San Marino is well located and kept clean by the staff. It has a small private beach but the noise from other beaches and hotels does reach. The room have good air conditioning and the restaurant has free wifi. Two films a day are shown, after lunch a kids film and after dinner. However the menu is rather typical Ukrainian-Russian and thus rather dull and does not provide decent vegetarian meals.

Жили в отличном номере, идеальная чистота, белейшие полотенца и постель, новая мебель, тапочки, вешалки, душевые принадлежности, кондиционер, телевизор, мини-холодильник,из номера выносили мусор, в общем холле был чайник и комплект щетки и совка для уборки (в номерах убирают по запросу и видимо за отдельную плату, мы убирали сами). Отличный чистый бассейн, запаха хлорки почти нет, новые лежаки, деревянные и плетеные пластиковые, хватало на всех и ещё оставалось много свободных, расходные круги, детский надувной бассейн для малышей. Кухня в ресторане вкусная и быстрая, пробовали почти все, завтраки, супы, гарниры, мясо, шашлык, остались довольны. Вид с терассы ресторана завораживающий, мебель новая и чистая, приятные официанты. Администратор Татьяна почти постоянно на территории и всегда в доступе по телефону. По соотношению цена-качество результат превзошел ожидания. Территория чистая, возле ресторана и корпусов не было проблем с парковкой машины. Дополнительное обслуживание для желающих - стирка, глажка, ежедневная уборка оплачивается отдельно. На всей территории хороший вайфай.В зависимости от выбранного номера маленький либо большой балкон. Все очень понравилось.

Reviewed By mickimpactGreat place with polite staff. we always stop there as a family when in Ukraine , visiting relatives. stopped on both 4th and 3rd floor , all rooms are clean and spacious , with a high specification gym within the building and also a great restaurant on the first floor. There are 2 supermarkets right outside the building which i'm sure are 24hr This hotel is great value for money which offer a diverse range of rooms, but my favourite is the family rooms , which consist of to large rooms as well as a breakfast bar kitchen. I have stayed here five times and have never had any reason to book anywhere else.

Reviewed By Анна МWe were having a rest in Elizium Park Hotel with a family of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children. We rented a cottage, which was located in a pine park. Entering the house, we were pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and very expensive and high-quality equipment, furniture, tableware etc. The cottage was large and comfortable. As for food in a restaurant, it was a smorgasbord format with a fairly good diversity. There was always a choice of garnish, meat, salads or drinks, dietary or not. A huge clean pool deserves special praise, in this pool there have never been many people. On the territory were fitness equipment, a pavilion, where children played with animators, a large playground, tables for ping pong. And most importantly - the silence and the smell of pines. With this hotel you forget that you came to the sea :) As for the sea. Cottages are located on the second line from the sea, so it won't take long to get there. Own beach, sun loungers, umbrellas. In general, comfortable, especially early in the morning. The only thing we were fed is the sellers of nonsense. But there are several things that we didn't like: very bad wi-fi in cottages and for 13 days our staying there cleaning was done only twice, it should have been more often. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel, we are missing you, Elizium and are going to return again!
