The Beautiful restaurant with its exquisite decor and ambiance is due to open soon. Kids play area is available The hotel has a car park for more than 20 vehicles. The hotel also provides driver stay facility.

Reviewed By parisazeemvlogsI went to spend my honeymoon at this hotel. I request for so many things during my reservation but invain. When i checked in the hotel, I was given a room in the basement. Which i denied and they changed my room to a better room and trust me that room was even worst. Whole night I & my wife had been shivering due to cold weather. Next day they upgraded me to their best room and i just cried in my heart while thinking that why the hell? I even thought about this hotel. This hotel is just disgrace on the name of hospitality. Staff was nice but i didn't pay for the staff but to spend romantic time with my wife. My wife still taunt me about our honeymoon. Please dont ever waste your money. I have 100s of photos which i can't share because it allows only 5 MB MAXIMUM to share. I did post my review on Agoda but Agoda always protect its hotels.

Reviewed By 382faisaliI got the reference for The Lockwood Murree hotel to stay, and I did call at the hotel landline 0513758012, Mr. Aslam (Manager) had attended my call. Over the phone the way of talking of this person was very inappropriate and so rude it was really disappointing for me. he doesn't know any thing how to deal with customer, how attend the phone calls and how to responded the customer queries. I don't know why The hotel management hire him. So, I had cancelled my Murree trip and went to another place. Such personalities are really destroying to the tourism. If Hotel management wants to listen me they may contact me.

Reviewed By mehwish2018Our booking was cancelled at 11th hour by another hotel. I searched this hotel online and called them when I was on our way to Murree. The reception person I forgot to ask the name was very courteous and booked a room on just a call. The room included breakfast. I called several times and every time my queries were answered. I was not expecting the hotel to be that far from Murree almost 6-7km. We reached at night, the room was clean, a tv and heater was provided. The washroom was clean too. It did not have a balcony though, only large windows facing the restaurant and lawn. It was 10 30 pm when we reached so we decided to eat at their restaurant, ordered mixed vegetable, grilled steak, chowmein, fried rice and kung pao chicken. Kids didn't eat Chinese food they found it a bit spicy, taste was okay,Kung pao did not have any peanuts, steak was pretty okay not grilled but Pakistani mixed vegetable was fine. Staff was courteous and we were asked remarks about the food. Restaurant was and cutlery was clean too. They have bonfire facility but charges are way too high. I would have appreciated if this facility was free of cost for in house guests. We had a small issue with bathroom which was quickly fixed. We slept comfortably through the night. Hot water is available but you have to wait for 4-5 minutes. Wifi worked fine through out the stay. Next morning there were horses in the hotel for kids to ride, kids enjoyed the ride and the guy who owned the horse was very kind too. Breakfast was complementary. We opted for the pan cake breakfast with some extra charge. Kids loved the pancakes, overall breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Tea was too good we ordered more. It was a short stay but a pleasant one. Hope they maintain their standards and courtesy in future too.

Reviewed By SanaalimanzoorQuick word of advice for anyone planning to stay at Maisonette in Murree - DON'T. Just don't. I was too horrified to take pictures of the rooms but the linen was torn, the bathrooms were gross beyond belief...looked like the whole place hadn't been cleaned in years. The icing on the cake was that right outside the "Presidential" and "Honeymoon" suites were a snooker table and some sorta gaming machine. Dead insects, mold and mildew on the walls, a stinky fridge that wasn't working, old soap slivers and dust covered blinds and stained dirty sofas. Yuck yuck and more yuck.

Very much a family resort, tranquil and beautiful, walking distance from the famous Murree Mall. Situated in a dense jungle of Pine trees, off the beaten path. Plenty of parking, spacious play area for children , helpful and courteous staff. It is also a very popular conference destination, promising a peaceful and scenic conference hall, with all needed facilities . Lots of walking trails in the hotel, and safe secluded roads around to jog or walk in. Shangrilla Murree tends to get cold even in summer so warm clothes are always advisable. There is a very beautiful animal park close by and the chairlifts not to far away. Ideally located for a day trip to Nathagali and back.
