Reviewed By UlfiejaI stayed in hotel one for moser then ten days and during my stay evrything was perfect Kashan manager and Usama very nice helping and cooperative staff from checkin and during my stay everything was perfect and it feels like home very nice family place to live thanks guys thank you so much for you help.

Reviewed By 11imrankBooked a twin room for 4 nights. Arrived for check in and were told its not available any longer. 20 mons. The matter was clarified and we were shown to our room. 3rd day, after 2 nights were told, we have to leave because a more important guest is coming. We explained our booking. They agreed and apologised but we still had to leave. Thank God we were not with family or else looking for another hotel would have been difficult. I can only warn others.

Great location & space but badly maintained
Reviewed By Fatima218I stayed here for 4 days with my family we had 2 rooms. 104 & 105 perhaps.The management has purchased very expensive furniture and renovated some rooms but with the lazy & unhygienic staff my prediction is that it will go down in no time.Cleaning is of utmost importance there is 1 male staff who cleans up the entire place in my understanding & trust me he does a horrible job.the new fixtures in the toilets already have algea deposits & wc seats are coming off, hand shower is leaking,lights are full of dust, at the back of the bedside there are piles of hair n dust,everything seemed new but extremely ill maintained.the Cutlery is awful,seemed like they just give the clients whatever comes their way, the trays in which tea was served were dirty,the teapots were most unhygienic.i felt bad for the person who owns this guest house, its located at such a beautiful spot and the accommodation is amazing but the staff needs to pull up their pants. Maybe the manager should personally check everything. If he works 12 to 10pm then he should take interest in the upkeep of the guest house. I feel sorry for the owners such a huge investment & a manager who's least bothered. You need more cleaning staff , buy new cutlery,check the toilets leakage,a.c throwing out water in the middle of the night,room and toilet doors must be cleaned they have Mark's of people hands. Windows should be dusted from inside including the blinds,mattresses should be put in the sun for 1 hour every week, Wake up mr manager ! Unfortunately I did not get to see him neither did I know that they have a manager . This is the problem in our country we know how to build facilities but we cant maintain them. If you are going there I suggest make sure you tell them to clean up properly . The manager should invest 5 or 6 thousand to purchase some basic cleaning products

Stayed as 7 people for 5 nights total, the Manager was so mercantile.
Reviewed By igort677We stayed as a big group there, we were suggested this place by a good person and we contacted the property directly, but they gave us a bigger price then anywhere else, on booking it says ~22$ for a small room, they charged 30! as well as for a big room, I told them that is not fare, they made a discount 1 dollar..... also the manager is just a cheep and mercantile person, we were the guides for the group, and when the tourists gave us tips in an envelope, the manager was watching from his room and just after that he asked "do you have a present for me?" he always wanted to make some money, considering that I told him few times that we are paying more than we should be. For the taxi he offered a small car for 4000PKR when uber is just 800PKR. The food, I asked if it's possible to have something other then overfried eggs on brekfast, he said that next morning they will prepare porridge, and the next morning he said "Sorry, the porridge is expansive" Damm....... all the experience was spoiled because of such situations.
