I’ve been to 10 different hotels in Bali - this one is the best! You’ve got several pillows to choose which fits you the best ? The breakfast was delicious. The shutdown service brings you vegan chocolate every evening ? I don’t need to add “real customer pictures” - this place looks exactly like they promote it! Thank you to Anton and Joshua for such a an outstanding experience!

Reviewed By ritaz743I decided to spent 11 nights at Ashram due to the photos and reviews that I read online before going... but I didn't expect at all that the whole experience will EXCEED my expectations!! The location is amazing!! Not far from Ubud, quiet and serene place, AMAZING nature with refreshing pool. Yoga classes were EXCELLENT! Suitable for all levels and can be surely used to fortify the yoga practices at home, not to forget the help and patience of the instructors. The food is so healthy! You can just enjoy the meals with guilt free! The staff is so polite and helpful! They are ALWAYS there for you! ( and always smiling!!) If you want to live an amazing experience, far from noises, and feel like you are spending quality time with a loving and safe family... Shanti Toya Ashram is the place to be! The served breakfast is complete and very tasty. The hotel is situated very closely to beaches in Pererenan and Canggu. We will come again?

Wasabi Description Walking distance from the famous surfer spot Pererenan Beach. Our hotel is just 20 minute away from Tanah Lot Temple. Bright rooms and a penthouse suite feature free wifi, air conditioning and tea/coffee making facility as well as a safe and a minifridge. All rooms offer private bathroom with shower, flat screen tv, some have a outside sitting area or private balcony. The suite adds panoramic sea view. Breakfast served in our restaurant. There's also an outdoor pool with a vibrant cafe/bar.

So accomodating, proffesional and friendly, the best value, we felt so comfortable and well looked after it was like we were at home. I guess thats why we stayed so long!! I got confirmation that I was good to go, and when I arrived the gate was locked, I rang the bell, knocked, called, had my driver call, emailed, waited for an hour and no one answered!!! The place looked extremely run down, desolate, and something out of a wrong turn movie. My phone was dead, and I can’t imagine if I wouldn’t have made the driver wait what could of gone wrong, sleeping in the rice fields wouldn’t of been my idea of a relaxing time. I took plenty of pics/vids of of the situation for anyone in doubt. Just stay anywhere else, and make sure the villa is in business before you waste hours of your vacation!!!

Accommodation on a Budget
Reviewed By JFNOLWe booked into a standard twin room for two nights and only stayed one as it was not what we were expecting or hoping for. The staff are lovely, helpful and accommodating. The location is better than it initially appears, it’s within close walking distance to La Barisa and other beach bars, however there is no convenience stores nearby. Local transport is also non existent, however staff from the hotel are willing to transport you in their vehicle at a small cost. There’s a few things to note when booking this room, there is no safe, fridge or TV in the room. Whilst I understand we are in a third world country, the beds are rock hard (even compared to other hotels in Bali), the pillows and sheets were smelly. There’s also a small uncovered window that lets a lot of light in in the mornings. The water pressure in the room was average meaning the toilet did not flush without assistance of the bidet hose. The toiletries provided are limited and appear to be refilled bottles. Of concern, the room is locked by a key, which also has to be used to lock the door on the inside. A bit of a worry if you have to get out in a hurry. On a positive note, the pools are beautiful, and the breakfast (set menu) is nice. The air conditioner in the rooms is also very efficient. If you are traveling on a budget, this accommodation would suit your purpose, however it was unfortunately less than we hoped based on the reviews we read.

Secluded, Quiet & On the Beach
Reviewed By 529grantoOur villa opened right onto the beach ( black sand beach) which meant we could see & hear the waves from the plunge pool and bed. Great villa with own kitchen. Breakfast was not included but can be ordered a la carte delivered to the villa. Other meals can also be ordered for same prices as local restaurants. Very remote location (45mins scooter ride north west of Seminyak) which is just what we wanted. No crowds, no hawkers, no noise but restaurants within a 15 mins scooter ride.

Reviewed By nickandjaysadven2018We stayed just one night but could have easily stayed longer. The pool is in a stunning surrounding in beautifully kept gardens and overlooking the rice fields. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect...... almost. The roof had a small leak, the toilet and sink leaked and the pillows were quite old and lumpy (not what is advertised) which was quite odd as everything else about this place was perfect.

A gem in Canggu
Reviewed By agneskb05I stayed at IndahBali guesthouse for almost 2 months. I have only the best words for this place, the owner Gede, and all the staff! It is in a quiet area a bit away from the crazy Canggu center, which was perfect for me. I loved waking up early to only sounds of birds and wind, and the beautiful rice field views. The guesthouse is beautiful - well designed and thought out inside the rooms as well as common areas. It doesn't feel like people are on top of each other, there is plenty of space to work, and even rooftop access for watching sunrises and sunsets. The pool is clean and well maintained, as is the whole property. I really felt at home there and felt like I could rest well. I love everyone who works there, they are the nicest people, and I miss the atmosphere. Because of how well it is cared for, everyone who stayed there immediately acted respectfully towards the place, staff and other guests as well. This is no surf party hostel type of place; it is classy, super clean and comfortable. I hope to return there again. Thank you for your hospitality, Gede and staff! Agnes
