A wonderful experience
Reviewed By billh494Cavo Bianco was one of the nicest hotel experience my eife and I have ever had. We were moved with the help of Anna Marie from a mix up in Fera to this lovely hotel with two small but adequate pools. The staff were magnificent from Maria on reception to Oxama on housekeeping. The kitchen food was great from Pizza to baguette or salads. The bar with Sonny and T2oliano was well stocked and priced xame as downtown 5.5 euros for large beer. Demy Anna and Deppy were great in the spa and can testify to Anna's strong fingers on the aromatherapy massage. The hotel is in a great location and ate in most of the restaurants on the short hill down to the sea with special mention to the taverna next door and Alexander's towards the bottom of the hill. A wonderful holiday. A trip on the bus to Fira was well worthwhile at €1.60 each way. The ferry to Perissa from the beach at €7 each way was a great trip. We also did a 5 hour trip on the catamaran which might have been a bit long but the crew were great food was good and history informative. I think we may well be back.

Between the owner Maria, Eva on reception and the delightful bartender Michael, all our needs were not only met but they were exceeded. Nothing was too much for them. They were the absolute loveliest hosts and made us feel like VIPs. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. There was a fresh robe and slippers for you too. In addition to their incredible hospitality the comprehensive breakfast is unrivalled. No matter what your preference there will be a number of things for you to choose from. The pool was a little cool, but who cares, it was lovely. The hotel gives you pool/beach towels as well. I cannot wait to visit the Hotel Anassa again. I cannot praise them enough. Five stars every time.

We were absolutely delighted with La Mer Deluxe and,in particular, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was very clean and confortable, the pool areas were immaculate as were all of the public areas in the hotel. Breakfast offered a huge range and I am sure there was something which would suit most tastes. For us the quality was consistently high as was the presentation. The hotel is really well located and it is a very short walk to the seafront where there is a huge choice of restaurants and cafes. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends who were contempating a visit to Santorini.

Amazing Hotel and Staff
Reviewed By Graham WA quite exceptional hotel right on the beach at the end of the beach strip. From the warm welcome to the back up help on departure should the flight be delayed or cancelled the staff at this hotel were exceptional. On reception, Stathis, Thavos, Euily & Georgia plus Agapi, Kostas and the rest of the Restaurant team always checking how things were with a smile. The food was top quality, the breakfast so fresh with constant replenishing and as others have said staff who remembered your drinks order. We had the evening buffet @ €25 pp such good value with different hot choices each night. Food is never piping hot that is the style everywhere but always hot enough with warm plates. The buffet came with free bottled water. The restaurant was staffed so well there was never a wait for a table or dirty plates and every effort was made to find a table that suited it was run with great organisation. Room keeping was top notch with towels changed daily and linen every two days couldn't ask for more. Reception made a point of saying if a problem occured to advise them straight away and they would sort it and they were true to their word with a minor issue we had plus followed it up throughout the week. The grounds were immaculate with none stop cleaning everywhere was so well kept. As mentioned by others the airport flight path crosses the front of the hotel so there is some plane noise and they appear low but the planes are infrequent and can be quite an interesting sight. Certainly no guests seemed bothered with it. Lots of freshwater pools around the complex with sunbeds to use plus plenty of beach sunbeds and umbrellas. Plus if you feel lazy a beach refreshment service from the restaurant with a linked button on each umbrella table. The adjacent strip has a multitude of bars and restaurants with some entertainment. Getting around the bus stop to Fira was a 10 minute walk, frequent services and only €1-60 so easy to visit the main places. All in all a very enjoyable stay at the Costa Grand and certainly one to consider for returning to in the future. Thank you all at the Costa Grand.

The Santellini hotel is a charming 26 bedroom hotel nestling in the heart of Kamari, one of the most popular and longest beaches in Santorini. Ideally located in a central but quiet and private part of Kamari, it is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, cash machines, other hotels, bus stations and is only a few steps from the beach.The hotel was built in 2003 in a traditional Santorinian style, has been completely renovated for 2015 and offers a variety of accommodation (double, single, triple/superior, maisonettes, honeymoon maisonette).

The owner, Martha, is a great hostess and all the staff were ultra kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless throughout. We returned refreshed after a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Despite their location the staff spoiled the stay. Post pandemic tourism should be relaxing but the staff made us feel like we were wasting their time.

Privacy when you want it and conversation is always there when you feel like it. Honestly, it felt safe and secure staying here knowing that the staff could handle everything you could possibly encounter.
