LOCATION simply walk out of the boot room , cross the road , down a lift to a moving walkway to where you will find two gondolas which take you up to the central hub of skiing. The hotel is spotless , the rooms are both spacious and well equipped with everything you would expect. Safe , hairdryer , toiletries etc. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide range of choices , hot & cold. The evening meal is excellent with lots of choices including vegan. There is a boot room with heated lockers where you can store not only your boots and skis but also has heated pegs for your gloves and helmet . There is skid z huge TV which shows the conditions on the slopes. The staff are very helpful snd friendly. There is also a large sun terrace for that essential apres beer. The Hotel is close enough to the lively apres ski scene but far enough to ensure a good night sleep. We will be back here.

Reviewed By Niffty1328Eleven of us stayed in two separate apartments both of which were absolutely fantastic. They had everything we needed from a small kitchen area to excellent beds and lovely bathrooms. The establishment also has a fantastic sauna which is a great treat after a days skiing. I would definitely recommend these apartments as they are also quite close to the gondola and the lively bar areas.

A warm and lovely place to stay
Reviewed By joel bThese apartments are situated in an excellent position for both skiing and apres ski. We had apartment 7, which was very clean and well laid out. The lighting made it cosy and its apline decor made you feel like you belonged in Ischgl. The glass door on the bathroom may not be to everyone's taste but apart from that it really was a lovely room with a nespresso machine and a well thought out kitchen. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, you got a real sense of a family run establishment. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning. A really lovely, hassle free, great location property which made for a great stay.

Reviewed By Sue RGreat hotel, next to Gondola. The food was delicious and our room had a great view of the slopes. Would highly recommend. No negatives. We travelled Monday to Monday which made hire of skis etc easy as very few other people in shop. Hotel very clean and the whole team at Hotel Fliana very helpful.

Reviewed By Nige141070Fantastic hotel located very centrally in the middle of the village. Extremely friendly and professional owners, very quick to respond to enquiries and bookings by email. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard, spacious and very clean. The dining room is maintained to give authentic austrian ambiance, with attentive staff serving the highest quality tyrolean menu. The wellness area is modern and spacious, offering sauna, steam room and well maintained pool area. The location is perfect for access to the ski lifts with a two minute walk to Finbabahn lift. The hotel has a modern bar area, run by friendly & efficient staff. Overall this has to be the finest hotel in Ischgl, and cannot wait to return.

Reviewed By danieloY8779BOA really comfortable, modern hotel in a really great location with easy access to Ischgl's 2 main ski lifts and a number of great restaurants. The owner Bianca and the team couldn't have been any more helpful too and went out of their way to help us with any issues we had...Like a new pillow. The bathroom had one of the best showers I have ever used. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Great place for a ski vacation
Reviewed By MPN59The hotel is in top location- across the street from the gondola. Recently received its 5th star (well deserved)! Family owned with personal touch! Friendly staff! Thank you Eva, Pia, Catherine, Luigi! Rooms are nice, beds are on a smaller side by America’s hotel standard(we are in Europe), however very comfortable . The spa center is fabulous! Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again!
