The pool and beach umbrellas, deck chairs, mattresses and beach towels are. Children; Children outdoor pool and indoor pools, children's playground, mini club. Reviewed By 906annp727273This hotel is in a very nice location. Rooms are also nice and clean, but poorly soundproofed so if you have a noisy neighbor it can be difficult. The center of Avsallar with restaurants and bazaars is about 4 km away. You can get there by bus. Alanya is further away - approx. 27 km and you can also get there by bus for 9 Lira one way. Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars as I'm really shocked about the food. It was really bad… I have never been to a hotel where the food was so bad. First of all, there are huge lines. Due to COVID-19 (I think) you can’t put food by yourself, so the service puts food on the plates, but the portions are so small that even a child will not get enough of it. After asking for more food, I was met with impatience and comments from the staff. Besides, the food is bad and there is no choice. But breakfasts are the worst. You can choose from a strange ham, hard-boiled eggs and some sweet rolls. There are no scrambled eggs and no omelets or pancakes. The worst thing is that in the immediate area of the hotel there is nothing that could replace this disgusting food and unfortunately this is the reason why I will never come here again. In addition, the staff doesn’t speak English, it is very difficult to communicate with anyone in this hotel. There are three people responsible for some entertainment here and they are actually very nice.

Reviewed By tanersenyurtIts a disaster. Its too old buildings and there is a musty smells around...all inclusive doesnt contains even water in rooms so i feel hungry and thirsty. There is a limit like 2 little bottle of water in a day for room and if you want more you have to get from sabil next to bar. There aren't much choice for food if you find something eatable, eat for your life. Will i suggest here absoulutely not...

You will find yourself in trouble choosing from them, but you’ll be fine, just enjoy whatever you choose. You will have a lot of activities like water polo, beach voley, darts, dancing, kids cooking and many more during the day with Maria, Margo, Memo and the entertainment team. Oh, this last one, such a figure. Memo will get the party out of you and if you’re not a party kind of person, you will be with him. Nothing less than friends like treatment from him, best advices as he is local and really nice he is advising you also to protect you and your spendings. Beach with hot sand and also really tidy. Private for the hotel customers and with water sports activities. Drinks on all inclusive good, with local products. Not too strong, but perfect for summer holidays, with 41 degrees. Good for fun and feeling good! Other options available at extra cost. Local shops 5 minutes away walking or 20 minutes away. Better selection on the longest walk, local supermarkets with good prices. Also, you can find local traditional bars where you can serve traditional turkish tea or coffee. All together, nothing less than good, quality time!

They had a banner in reception but did not know where it was, even had around 100 players and officials staying! Staff members told taxi driver where it was. Taxi driver could not find so we were brought back to Hotel who said it was our issue to pay the €12. Very helpful young lady on reception found location and 2nd taxi took us there for €15 for return journey and told us to ring him. When he was rung he said it was one way. Take care Turkler taxis will rip you off and are recommended by hotel. Also for a manager of a 5* hotel to say it was nothing to do with them on first taxi despite there staff telling driver location is shameful and clearly he has to learn Customerservice which is clearly lacking, how can you say this is 5* service. Stayed in many hotels and never been treated like that. You appear to be a 2nd class citizen at this hotel even the bar staff at the fancy bar don’t understand service or what’s on the menu when you order. Indeed if they can have an argument with one of your colleagues and ignore the customer that is fine. Overall not sure how 5* was obtained but would say 3 is more like it. Beware also hotel recommended cab from Antalya €110 via booking.com £36 each way one has to question the quotes here and also if there are incentives for business referrals. The WIFI is also non existent so you will have to use your data. Good luck to anyone English staying there you need it

Reviewed By damianj941Nice hotel, good food and drinks;) beautiful beach and nice sand, clean water and a lot of fun during the animations . The best thing is that the beach bar is open for 7 hours and the beer is good:) F&B staff is great but best bartender is YALCIN and AKIN :)

It is a very cozy family Hotel on the first line, located in a picturesque bay. A sandy beach is a cozy cove, very beautiful. The views are stunning and adorable with their incredible beauty. It should be mentioned that Aska Bayview Resort Hotel has its customer obsession. Polite and responsive staff, starting from the reception and ending with waiters made a positive impression. Cuisine is simple, without any gastronomic specialties , but everything is quite tasty and diverse! I would especially like to express my great gratitude to Executive Chef Mehmet Yildiz for his professional competence at his work. The animation team tries hard, creates a wonderful atmosphere. In general, all the staff at the hotel is trying very hard. I am satisfied with my rest. I advise everyone to visit this hotel and see everything with their own eyes.

Reviewed By ashbash99Oh dear what a terrible hotel who ever gave this hotel 4stars really needs to look for a new job,,,, upon arrival in early hours we were greeted by a non speaking man on reception who was useless anyway after an hour of filling forms in that could’ve waited till after breakfast my sister in law and hubby we put in a lovely room but then we were put in what I can only describe as a slum type bedsit absolutely awful room which thankfully we got out of just before lunch,,, the food however mmmmmm well if you liked chicken you were ok 8 out of 9 days was chicken the other day was liver the staff how ever we’re very nice although very few knew any English only the bar staff could understand,,, in our opinion this hotel is not suitable for English people out of 90 odd rooms only ours was English unfortunately the Russian and German guests are totally pig ignorant rude and arrogant anyway rant over please choose hotels carefully in alanya/antalya as they are very east European orientated OH yes we forgot the cockroach that had been in dining area for four days

Immaculate , clean , fun , friendly. Rooms clean and fresh , food varied and fresh , loads to do whatever your interests day or night and staff who are friends when you leave. Brilliant place. Not one complaint :) 5star.

Absolutely awful! Supposed to be abit of respite to recharge for a few days!

The food was so so strange like I expected something but not Mach potatoe I top of sliced orange et. no chips vileeee. Then was moaned at that the drinks bar was shut at certain times however my friend was pregnant and we had paid all inclusive and barley eaten out of the hotel. Refused to take a drink upstairs to the room but yet their was plates and cups taken up to rooms daily and even green mouldy food right outside the lift & our room. I actually lost 9pound in weight on holiday I had that much of a terrible stay! The noise at night and in the morning is atrocious! Transfer was taken into their own hands with no choice when it had said we should have arranged it. We wanted it for 9.25am and he had booked it for 10.40am we literally made it to the airport and had to run through it and not manage to get any duty free because of this. We raised our concerns more than a few times I even cried. No one understood English and not one thing on the menu I liked. The spa man harasses you! I think they should compensate because this has completely put me off holidays and as a fibro sufferer I should be comfortable on my holiday not partched, starving and hot (oh yeah air con?! What air con) Also no lunch packs were given when going out on safaris (to I looked after animals terrible) They shut the snack at before everyone is due back they know what they are doing. Reception staff are inconsiderate. Holiday from hell I could write a book.

Reviewed By YeruMy wife and I took our first vacation in 12 years. Incekum Su was excellent. The staff is friendly, accomodating, and professional. The food was well prepared and plentiful (I gained two kilos over 12 days) and there is something to satiffy almost every pallete. The Animation staff (Entertainment Staff) really made the stay extra special. There is always a member of the staff that can communicate in Turkish, Russian, German, Czech, or English. This isn't a "party" hotel, but the Animation staff can point you in the right direction if the hotel night life is too tame. There is an evening program for children, and although my wife and I went without our children this was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay. An adult program follows the children's program. During the day the Animation staff arranges games and competitons for both children and adults. The private beach is clean and attended by hotel staff. The two pools are also clearn and enjoyable. Tours and excursions can be arranged easily. My only criticism is the wifi is very slow.
