Reviewed By 621geertdNot a 4 star but a 3 star hotel rating we stayed in rooms on the 3th floor and had to trow away leftover food rubbish from the clothes cabinet, took long to get warm water out of the faucet, staff very friendly and helpful, good bar and good wines, great breakfast.

Reviewed By Greg WLe Panorama is a true gem! Our suite had a terrific view and was very comfortable, and clean. Stefan and Magali were wonderful hosts. The included breakfasts were very good, and the dinners were gourmet delights. You pay extra for the dinners, which are a great value. They have our unqualified recommendation.

Reviewed By november_moonThe location of this hotel is really nice - beautiful wooded area, plenty of paths and trails, easy walk to town. The hotel itself was just OK though. Our room was fine with a nice balcony- reasonably spacious, good bathroom, but very stuffy. The only ventilation was a very small screen above the balcony door, so to get an fresh air, we had to leave our balcony door open. The common areas were pretty dated and kind of dark. The restaurant is buffet style - food was OK, staff was pretty disorganized.

Reviewed By MarcelGeiheemIf you look for a five star hotel you better stay away. It is not an hotel but a bed and breakfast and both are excellent. Great beds and even better breakfast thanks to Ted who is a great cook (sorry...chef!);). When we arrived (earlier than announced) it was a bit of a mess but Ted gave all he could an tidied the whole house within half an hour and we had a nice chat, coffee and tea on the house. It should be the beginning of the best b&b stay we had until now as Ted is great company.

Fabulous place
Reviewed By Mandy BStayed here as part of a tour for 2 nights on motorcycles can't praise it enough the owner and family were lively and made you feel at home. Entertainment on the Saturday night was excellent and had everyone joining in. Great food. Great people. And a beautiful part of Belgium I would recommend this place for all ages.

Reviewed By SarahEKRThis place is simply lovely! You will not want to leave. The owners are very welcoming! Check out the beer in the downstairs fridge! The breakfast was delightful and it may have been the best cup of coffee that I had while in Belgium. Truly a wonderful stay!

Reviewed By Username_A1Our weekend at the Ardennes was a wonderful way to come to rest in a beautiful environment. We spent two nights at B&B Ard'envie, where we immediately felt at home. Both hosts are really warm and friendly people, who are always ready to provide tips and interesting facts on the region. Next to the spacious room and delicious breakfast, we also enjoyed an amazing 4-course dinner at our first evening in the B&B. Big recommendation!

The children can quietly dabble in the Ourthe. For the children we can bring out a wide choice of toys and for the adults poker and a wide selection of other card, dice and board games. A modern home cinema installation lets you enjoy TV program offerings, dvd or Blue-Ray, or the music on your i-phone or i-pad. Everything to brighten up a rainy day. Reviewed By 999jadedGreat b&b we had a wonderful stay, the hosts are just great very accommodating, kind, informative & attentive. The rooms was clean, with a great ambience. Robes and towels were also provided for use of the hot tub and sauna. The bed was extremely comfortable along with a very quiet and peaceful area made for a great nights sleep. A selection of small course were served for breakfast followed by a great selection of meat and cheeses at the buffet. A great deal of effort has gone into the running of this b&b we were very impressed with our stay and would highly recommend.

Great Food! But Disastrous service...
Reviewed By Travelreviews932I was thinking about what to write in this review as I was eating the food. After a quick glimpse of what the restaurant had to offer, I told myself: Overall it was absolutely fantastic. The appetizer of ‘Croquette de Crevettes’ was like an eruption of different flavors and textures. I was later served a delicious ‘caprese’ which was topped with smoked salmon incomparable to the ones you could find in the grocery store. On the flip side, I was also going to mention the arguably slow service: after 2 hours and a half we had only received 2 courses out of the 5. However, what happened next ruined my entire experience: as my mother asked in a polite and educated fashion why the service was so slow. The waitress responded in an uncalled for manner, yelling to us: “If you want to eat fast go to a chip shop”, “you have been my worst clients of the whole summer”, and when we received our bill half way through the meal she snapped: “it is useless to serve dessert since you can’t even wait”. I really hope this restaurant takes this comment into consideration since it has the potential to become one of the best in Wallonie. However, no matter how good the food can be, a respectful and polite personnel who can tolerate feedback is required to create a good atmosphere especially in a restaurant of this culinary caliber.

Reviewed By Alain STrès belle rénovation et beau décor, un peu trop éclairé le soir. On y vient pour manger et c'est excellent, original et très bien présenté. On y revient avec plaisir. Cela doit encore juste soigner un peu l'organisation et cela sera parfait.
