The experience of Ivory retreat can be highly recommended. We are going to come back here again to explore other possibillies.

Reviewed By KaressonRight on the beach. I mean literarily on the sand - Ocean hotel stands refurbished with a mix of Scandi sleek design and somewhat Bohemic decor and naturalistic tones. Breakfast is amazing and it's nice to be sitting inside but feeling one's on the beach. There are terraces to the rooms and they are really generous in size. Dinner was nice but not exceptionally good although prices were very reasonable. Oh, EV owners - Free charging avail on site. BINGO. The gym is rather small but well equipped.

Shame we are paying 130€ for a night in a room where we cannot open the window because everyone is smoking downstairs. The first thing one does when they arrive at a hotel is get showered and you want to at least have towels as good as the ones you have at home. For 130€ they could buy better towels.

Welcome to Nya Pallas Hotell! The small hotel with the big heart. WC, shower, phone and cable TV are available in every room. Personal service in a comfortable surrounding. Smoking and animals are not alowed in the hotel. Fast wireless internet connection. No charge. Pallas Hotell Beutiful hotel in a quiet area of central Falkenberg.The rooms are very well equipped, some with balcony. Breakfast and parking is included in price. We offer a good selection of wine, beer and other drinks.

Reviewed By IndiafromOzTo be honest I didnt have great expectations as I knew the property would be quite dated but our group had 5 rooms and we loved it! All our rooms had a little terrace or deck to sit out at - we also had many catch-ups in the gardens (lots of tables & chairs). Easy flat walk into town. Breakfast was basic but fine (we usually head into town for a pastry and coffee anyway). All the staff were lovely and helpful (good english too). It was cosy, simple and quiet. Would definitely go back if we are in Falkenburg again.

Reviewed By eghdfHad two rooms, one double and one single. Very small rooms with uncomfortable beds. Got parking permit from front desk but no parking space left when we came back same evening. Rude head waiter at Harry´s, in house restaurant when asking for table. Hotel staff very nice and clean rooms.

Double room in bungalows 1350.-Smaller budget double room 950- Double room in the windmill 2300.- All rooms with private shower and wc. Breakfast included. Restaurant, bar, 650 m to the beach of Olofsbo havsbad. Falkenberg 6 km. Fishing village Glommen 3 km. Restaurant open daily from Midsummers day.

Reviewed By Matte AI had the opportunity to stay one (1) night in the windmill. I was stationed in Gothenburg and needed a one night stay but due to a concert there were no rooms to be built in Gothenburg. Had a meeting in Falkenberg the following day and realized I could go there. Wonderful rural setting, very nice and helpful staff. Must be fantastic in the summer. Quiet, nice, relaxed. If I would like to take myself away to write a book, for example, I would choose this. And you also have your own private sauna...

Welcome to Augusta's Bed & Breakfast in Olofsbo. Homely accommodation in an old converted barn. Four rooms for rent, each with its own shower and toilet. One of the rooms also have a massage bathtub. Shared living room with kitchenette. Flat-panel televisions in all rooms and free WiFi. Located on the coastal road between Falkenberg and Glommen within walking distance to Olofsbo seaside resort and only 50 m to the bus stop. Ginstleden and the new Kattegat Trail, passing just outside our accommodation.
Charming with lovely owners
Reviewed By Swedish_TravellerThis bed and breakfast is situated north of Falkenberg not that far from the beach in Olofsbo. There is a bus stop right by the accommodation called Torsåsen. The couple that run the place are very nice and helpful. We had a large room with a double-bed and a sofa. Nice view towards the fields and the country side. Large bathroom with shower. There was a TV but no international channels. No safe, no air conditioning but free wifi. Outside the room was a shared kitchen with fridge and free coffee or tea. There is a nice garden with plenty of seats and in the afternoons there is a cafe service. The owners have a dog and a cat that stroll around they are charming. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice with home made muesli and home baked bread. Ofcourse coffee or tea. Our room was one floor up and with a steep staircase so beware of that if you have difficulties in walking. An extremely well kept bed and breakfast that we strongly recommend.

Reviewed By DerrickandMyraWe paid more for this hotel room than we did for a 4 star hotel in Gothenburg. The hotel was essentially closed and bookings were being managed by the nearby Grand Hotel. We even had to walk down to the Grand Hotel for breakfast, which it must be said was good. There were no coffee and tea facilities in the room, indeed not much of anything. The few staff working did manage to find us a coffee, and the room was comfortable enough. The location is excellent and the hotel is certainly impressive from the outside. There was no information on line re the low service level. Prices for hotel rooms in Sweden are ridiculously high and this room was worth only half of what we paid.
