Reviewed By Ian_W_PragueStayed twice, so not a one-off issie. The room is ok, big but out-dated. Fitness centre is good. But this is 2019, so you expect the internet to work. Unusable and unacceptable. And one of the most expensive in town.

Reviewed By Harry TWe had dinner here while staying in the hotel . The spargel was great, as was the weisswurst. Apparently they have relaxed the rule about serving weisswurst after 12:00 noon. The service was friendly and efficient, prices modest. Happy to have eaten here. The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast ample and fresh.

Don't have words to describe it
Reviewed By kikimourIt's the second time that I stayed at this hotel. The first time (on December) I didn't write any critic because I wanted to give a second chance. First of all, the previous time that I was here they've forgotten our reservation and they gave us a smaller room and we paid the same amount of money despite the fact that they did a mistake. This time, they booked wrong days and they gave us again other room than the one we booked and they wanted more money than the agreement. Finally we payed as money as we agreed. The biggest problem is that they renovate the hotel and we didn't know that. From 8 in the morning till 6 in the afternoon it is so loud that we cannot sleep or relax. I am really disappointed and I will never again stay at this hotel. Plus that the staff at the hotel except for the owner doesn't speak English and the chambermaids didn't understand a word!

Quiet and comfortable
Reviewed By M8253FQjuliebThe hotel is well situated and well appointed. The first hotel on our trip with tea and coffee making facilities in room a Nespresso which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a place to securely lock bicycles. The room had a balcony that overlooked a quiet lane. Bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

The hotel rooms are very spacious & extremely well presented. I found everything ie restaurants, coffee shops, shops all within 1 minute's walk from the hotel. The surrounding area is very beautiful. when I return I would definitely stay here again without a shadow of a doubt. Excellent !

Rundum gelungen und jeder Zeit wieder
Reviewed By JanM3909Es war ein tolles Erlebnis im GH1 zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Wir waren drei Tage dort und haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Frühstücksbüffet kann sich so manches 5* Haus was abschauen. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
