Think twice before you book in
Reviewed By berkayvIf your room number is 1002 pls change your mind to stay in this hotel. Although hotel is rated as three stars better to realise that you stay in a two star hotel. Only friendly staff and the sea can be defined as good but room conditions are poor.

Very poor Maintenance
Reviewed By TheBarCanuckThere hiding the poor condition of Hotel and Rooms by offering lots of extras and Amenities. It would be nice if some worked. Checked in into room on 2nd floor. No Wifi service. I complain. They say technical problem but Wifi works close too main desk only. Ok. I can live with that for now. Turkish bath ok. Sauna no lights .. have to turn on Circuit Breakers for lights !! Scary. Free dinner so so .. Salad bar Great. Sit in lobby Emailing And WhatsApp and have to charge phone. None of the plugins work on main floor !! Complain again and after packing up .. they move me too first floor room where Wifi works. Walk into bathroom and floor totally flooded. Complain again. They move me too another room. No Air Conditioner controller and window screen totally blown out .. window wide open. Complain again. They move me again to another room on first floor and so far all seems Ok. It's now Midnight !!! What can I say. It's not the desk staff's fault but at midnight who do you complain too. Hotel just hasn't kept up with Maintence and it's going down fast. I just felt someone like you should know.

Wonderful experience
Reviewed By 963nermingI stayed here 3 years in a row with family and friends and last time by myself for a rest and spa time. It was good like the previous years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is great sorrounded by mountains and a perfect sea view. Food was also very good. I enjoyed the thermal pools and massage. In general it was a good experience and I will come back for a longer time. Thanks all!

Modern,Clean and Warm
Reviewed By cundadasiWay different (positively) from other hotel concepts in the region of Ida mountains.Very welcoming staff, clean, tidy and a modern building with fresh rooms.Compared to what we had the previous days in Ayvalik, this is simply day and night difference.The kids slept well, the beds were truly comfortable.When we arrived they even provided us welcoming wet towels, which was a good sign of hospitality.Pity that we didnt stay the entire week in this wonderful facility and visit the historical places from here. No other choice, we will come back soon or later:)
