Run down with no sign of repairs
Reviewed By amygoesatravellingSadly, this Holiday Inn is falling apart. Broken tiles at both entries, frayed bedding. The staff wasn’t overly friendly like other HI I have stayed at. The beds and pillows were still really comfortable like I expected from HI and the rooms were clean. Needs new paint and a good renovation. I would go back to Fiesta Inn next time which isn’t my first preference because I love the Holiday Inn in general.

The hotel has an atmosphere that make you feel quite cozy It is really advisable to pay in advance for reservation. And the best part the manager speaks english so it is easier for english speakers

Surprisingly pleasant hotel
Reviewed By WanderjahrI came here on business, with little knowledge of the area, intending the hotel to just be a place to rest my head for two nights, and hoping it would just be clean and safe. But due to delays in getting equipment I needed for work, I ended up having to spend most of a day at the hotel cooling my heels. For a Mexican hotel that is not at an international tourism destination, it was surprisingly nice. My room was clean and pleasant, and on par wth an American midrange hotel room in size, layout, and quality. The grounds were very nice, well-maintained, and on a tropical river which gave me some scenery to look at as I wandered around to entertain myself. I ate dinner in the town of Coatacoalcos the first night, and then breakfast at the hotel the next morning, and dinner there the next night. Did not get sick, and the food was appetizing, service was good, dining room was clean and pleasant.

A one night stay
Reviewed By berribanksThe hotel is right by the road but you don't here the traffic, fortunately. The pool is ok but it looks a bit filthy in my opinion, it's nice to be in a pool though. Our room was reasonable, 2 double beds and a good size bathroom. In the morning I woke up to a horrible stench that smelt like the sewers! And it was even worse outside the rooms! It's not the nicest hotel and I would not recommend it for more than 2 nights.???

A good place to spend a night or two
Reviewed By tepetapanOK, Coatzacoalcos is NOT Veracruz city. Never will be, no matter how long they build the Malecone. BUT, if you have business in the port area, this is your best bet. Taxi ride to the Port are about 25 pesos, there is a couple name brand Pizza places close by, an Oxxo 2 blocks away and generally a good location if you are thinking business and home again. Free breakfast, but NOT the breakfast buffet but good enough, WiFi, cable TV, flat screen TV, AC. And very clean and professional. I've stayed there twice and it is a stable business. I also stayed at One Forum but it is a long taxi ride to the port and twice the price.

Reviewed By Darif05Tienen variedad, las alitas no laten mucho, pero sus hamburguesas están muy buenas y como siempre tienen promo de chelas a todas horas obvio que motiva, el lugar es chiquito pero nice. Lo cual hace querer regresar no tiene estacionamiento pero en la calle sobra. La verdad he regresado con una hamburguesa comemos 2 y eso que soy un tragón.

Reviewed By nmax83es complicado dar una opinión, cuando solo estuve un dia. el servicio de las personas fue amable, creo que no tengo queja, el baño esta super chiquito, no es cómodo para alguien alto como yo, agua caliente estuvo bien, las camas estaba bien, las habitaciones estan muy pequeñas, creo que el costo beneficio es acorde a lo que se contrata, pero si eres sensible a lugares reducidos, no lo recomiendo. esta bien ubicado, creo que no tengo problemas con ello. en la mañana las camaristas andan con su celular escuchando música, no conocen los audifonos asi que siendo domingo muy temprano ya te despertaron. en general es un hotel normal, económico, sencillo, no esta sucio, la habitación que me toco estaba recién remodelada, asi que tenia buen aspecto. el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, tiene pantallas.
