This is s good place to relax
Reviewed By LIAN84We only staryed for a night, the service is outstanding and the staff is really nice, from the front desk clerk to the waiters and the masseuses at the spa, it's usually pretty crowded during weekends I'll recommend to reserve ahead of time, the place where this hotel is located is charming and full of little places to eat, remember everything closes a little early if you need to go to the town to get beverages or food. The room has everything you need, a little minibar with beverages from soft drinks, beer, coolers, chocolates, cookies and so on. Ours have a tub in the shower, the food in the dining area was good. Don't miss the opportunity to take a massage and use the steam room.

Excellent View of the Lake
Reviewed By NaMakaniMy wife and I stayed here for two nights in late September, ‘21. The hotel is a modern 5-story building that sits directly on the lagoon and is about 4-5 blocks from the historic center of town. Our room (403) was a “junior suite” with a nice view of the lagoon and its clock tower, and the surrounding hills. It was large, simply decorated, and had a comfortable king bed with two night stands, one of which had and electrical outlet. There was a small table with 2 chairs, an alcove that might have been a small bar at one time, and a small fridge. Wifi in the room was strong but had a short range. The bathroom vanity area was separate from the toilet & shower, and there was adequate counter space. A built-in closet was in the vanity area, one side of which had shelves and a safe, but the batteries had been removed, perhaps because of low occupancy during Covid. An odd shortcoming of the bathroom was that the hot water pressure was very weak, while the cold was fine. This meant that in the sink only lukewarm water was available, and in the shower it was only slightly warmer. The room had no ac nor heating available, which normally might be just fine in this moderate climate. However, the weather was quite cool during our stay, and we had to ask for a portable heater to make the room a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was in the top floor restaurant, with beautiful views of the lagoon and surrounding countryside. The included breakfast consisted of fruit, juice, toast or pastries, cereal, & yoghurt. Eggs and other items were available for an extra charge. In normal times the restaurant would have been open for lunch & dinner, but was closed due to Covid. All in all, the Manantiales is a good choice for staying in Chignahaupan, though be aware of its location and a couple of minor shortcomings.

Cómodo, minimalista y con estacionamiento
Reviewed By alexMinero29Si buscan una opción para descansar una noche en un lugar cómodo, limpio, bien iluminado y accesible ... no busquen más. Este es el lugar. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio en el mismo lugar. Las instalaciones son revientes y tienen un diseño minimalista muy agradable. El suelo es de duela, por lo tanto pueden estar sin calzado para descansar aun más. Aunque no tiene closet (guardaropa) si tiene un par de muebles en donde pueden acomodar sus pertenencias. Lo recomiendo 100%

Reviewed By baqueirotSolo requiere pequeñas mejoras. Es una EXCELENTE opción para descansar. Limpio y seguro, cumple con su función perfectamente. El personal muy amable y eficiente. Sugeriría cambio de sistema de calefacción para el agua del baño pues por el clima los calentadores de paso pequeños resultan ineficaces y el agua sale helada después de un par de minutos. Una mesa para poder trabajar en la computadora sería ideal y contar con algunos calentadores eléctricos en recepción para los friolentos estaría perfecto. La vista desde la habitación 303 muy buena. Regresaremos sin duda. Muchas gracias.

Otorgan descuentos en restaurante y recorridos turísticos, algo que le da una mayor valor a su precio razonable de las habitaciones que son muy cómodas y con los servicios necesarios para una estancia confortable.
