Hot water and water pressure was lacking Other than that was a nice 2 night stay. The tourist industry now very lacking due to travel restrictions with covid. I can understand that.

I only write this review in hopes that the hotel looks at it as an opportunity to improve the safety and security of this property. 1. No Card Key security in elevators 2. Halls going to rooms are dark 3. Camera only on extreme ends of halls (who knows if they work) 4. Safe's in rooms are not bolted down and weigh less than 3lbs, easy to carry out 5. Room I was placed in was next to service elevator, no camera outside my room. If you are a foreign traveler, I would not recommend this property it is not fit at this time for travelers that want to have a feeling of safety and security.

Reviewed By Cheryl KOur original plan was to spend only one night in Can Tho so we were looking for a clean budget hotel. From the minute we checked-in we knew it would be a great stay. The staff here are awesome. They speak really good English and are so helpful. The young girl who checked us offered to help us with our booking of both our bus tickets to Rach Gia and ferry tickets to Phu Quoc making it much easier for us! I really wasn't sure what to expect for $20 CAD but it certainly wasn't what we got. The room is huge with a very comfortable large double bed, desk, huge bathroom, tub & shower. There were so many amenities: shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, comb, q-tips and even flip flops! The wifi and a/c worked great and the room was spotless. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay another night!

Instead of listening sincerely their guests and improve their service, they have tried to remove and hide complaints. Below was what i had experienced: I sent an online request via Instagram for their breakfast menu, they read and didnt not send me any reply. Again, i tried their hotline in the morning, the staff asked for my email address and said they will send me the menu asap. Late afternoon the same day, i phoned them again just to remind my request. Unfortunately the staff did not remember. Oh la la, 5 stars ?

The room I have was with a view on a ground floor rooftop, but unfortunately was fill of trash just meters from my room . Bedroom and bathroom are basic, but I slept well. Very close by is a nice street food area with quite some nice activity.

Vey nice and charming hotel, but staff not to level
Reviewed By David MThe rooms and the hotel are divine. The restaurant was great (both the upper one and the street level one). I am a French/English person so I really speak both languages very well and am well traveled. I hate to complain because the staff was extremely nice but for that level of hotel and pricing, I was expecting people at the reception with better understanding of our questions and not just giggles and smiles. We stayed nice and polite but not sure everyone wold be like us. For instance, we had a boat tour booked. When I asked where we needed to go (even though it was Mekong Tours but the owner owns the hotel and the travel company), we had to ask numerous time for the embarking point. Everything was sadly a bit of a hassle. This review is more to level up the staff's comprehension.

She arranged for us to head out to a floating market for breakfast on a boat with a well-spoken guide named Tony, who gave us a lot of cultural insight on the area. Meals in the homestay are super wholesome, healthy and delicious. Thy provided us bicycles for free and we did a wonderful 15km ride, getting lost along the canals and exploring the area. Rooms are not air-conditioned but it's all part of the experience, bring mosquito repellent and you'll be fine. It was a beautiful stay!

It resembles something on the old Las Vegas strip which is well past it's best days. Worn room that looked grimy lumpy bed and tick tacky mirrored and crystal lobby. Management was in no hurry to relocate me when I found deficiencies in original room assignment. They asked too many questions instead ing of simply providing adequate customer service. They won't need to answer any more ever again. I won't be returning there. Worst accommodations of my month long se Asia sojourn.
