Great hotel, abysmal service—prepare to be overcharged!
Reviewed By marytmacWe had a great stay here, but shortly after we left we saw that we were overcharged by $120 for a one-night stay. Instead of apologizing and correcting the error, the manager Evangelin argued with me on the phone for over thirty minutes—even after seeing the email with proof of the rate we booked at! In addition, we had to call multiple times because they did not call back to resolve the issue as promised. I am not sure if there is a problem with this entire hotel or just Evangelin, but this is honestly the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. Who would have thought that you’d be overcharged, present proof of being overcharged, and still have them refuse to correct the mistake. What a disgrace.

Reviewed By pabgwbWe had an excellent stay at the Sir Isaac Brock. Ida and David were most welcoming and provided all the extra touches. Our breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend this beautiful historic home as a getaway to rest and relax.

Very pleasant overnight stay
Reviewed By William KWe decided to stay at this hotel on our way to Montreal. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man. We asked for a room on the side away from the 401 highway, and got a small suite that was just perfect. The bed was comfortable, the room was well appointed and clean. The bathroom was nice too. We had a very restful sleep, and had a very substantial complimentary breakfast the next morning. We'll definitely return to this hotel again.

Better than we could have imagined!
Reviewed By Powderkeg155019The hotel is right by the Brockville waterfront, in the heart of everything. It's an old building, with its own character. They emailed us the outside door code, so we were able to enter the building and go up to our room on our own. There doesn't seem to be a front desk, but that wasn't an issue. The inside of the hotel is an eclectic mixture of vintage decor carefully matched with newer items. We were delighted with the look and feel of our "Romeo and Juliet" suite. There were so many thoughtful and practical touches. The full kitchen was well equipped and we could easily see how comfortable it would have been to stay longer. There was a large balcony with a barbecue, that we would have taken advantage of if time permitted. The staff were responsive and offered exceptional hospitality. We were genuinely surprised by the lengths they went to, to make our stay enjoyable. We have no hesitation strongly recommending the Noble Suites, and we ourselves plan to return!

Reviewed By Relax691122We selected this place on a whim. We stayed in The Vault room. The building itself is a perfect downtown location and has been renovated perfectly! Keeping the charm of the original bank building and adding very unique design details. Check in was a breeze!!! The vault room had a beautiful patio with hot tub and out door fireplace. The place was immaculate. We mentioned it was our anniversary and when we got into the room, they had it decorated with rose petals, candles and wine. I can not say enough positive things about this place. We would highly highly recommend it to anyone, and we are planning our next visit!!

Reviewed By danaa688Our home was being renovated so we needed something in town. The location along Hwy 2 gives you a glimpse of the St. Lawrence river. The beds were the best we ever slept on. The construction and layout is perfect for a quiet stay. No units above or below you. Their free breakfasts were always fresh and the staff were wonderful

Reviewed By jimmV1191AXEconomical accommodations in the Brockville area, right off the 401. The outside appears dull and faded while the inside is certainly dated. The inn is in dire need of a renovation. While the current economic situation has prices artificially inflated, you would expect a more warm and inviting atmosphere when you first see the exterior and walk into the lobby.
