Ali Was Excellent at reception
Reviewed By 882hasanjCheck in and check out was smooth. Room was proper clean. Well maintained building. Mr Ali Tahir And Mr Rehmat was very courteous at reception. They deal with customer was very great. They help us in our whole stay. Thank you PC bhurban.

Needs serious improvement
Reviewed By greatgwWas there visiting with family. Location is great but the staff and bathrooms needs some serious uplift. The hot water and cold water mixing does not work. Either you burn your self or take a cold shower. The tiles were broken. The water was leaking. Room it self was great along with the food and location. But the room service staff needs better training. Not picking this place again

Terrible Cleanliness

Upon arriving at the hotel the lobby area is grand and open. That's where the positivity stopped. We were informed to wait for 10mins for our rooms so that housekeeping can double check the rooms. We (we were travelling with 3 young children) had to wait for over half an hour before one of the rooms was even ready. Whilst waiting one of my daughters wanted to use the toilet and we were directed to the toilets in the lower ground and these facilities were filthy and wet. My daughter refused to use this. I had informed reception of this. Upon checking in one of our room as the other room was still being cleaned. My daughters then used to bathroom in the bedroom. However Upon checking the room the linen from previous guest wasn't even changed, all sheets were creased and there was blood stains on the bedsheets aswell. The furnishing were dusty and empty water bottles and used tissues were still lying around on the floor. I requested the manager to the room and pointed these issues out given covid times and importance on cleanliness. I advised that we were young out for the day therefore please ensure that once we are back both rooms are properly cleaned and checked prior to us coming back in the evening and we had left our luggage in the room. After spending the rest of the day exploring bhurban and Mall road, we arrived back to the hotel 6 hours later with a tired family who just wanted to sleep. Upon entering our rooms we found these to be left open whilst our luggage was in the room, we quickly checked to ensure that everything was in the room, thankfully nothing was missing. The room hadn't been cleaned still, linen was changed however from the 10 lights only 2 small lights working and the room was very dark, I finally requested this room to be changed, and upon checking to my children's room I found that this room was again dusty and the bathroom was all wet on the floor and toilet was dirty. I then had to complain again to the manager and the night housekeeping team had to come back and clean the room properly. The room that was changed for us had ripped linen on the bed which I requested for to be changed. This just goes to highlight that NO ONE is actually checking what is being cleaned or not. We finally settled back in our beds once these issues were resolved. Breakfast in the morning was OK however the service levels were lacking again. We had requested yogurt and water for our children and it took them over half an hour to give us these after we had finished our breakfast. We only used the hotel to sleep here and not spend our time at the property, therefore our minimum standard was to have a good night sleep and decent breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't get either of these. Upon check out I asked to speak with the General Manager and initially I was passed over to the Duty Manager who took my feedback and used me the suites and how beautiful and clean they are and how guests and corporate clients are staying here instead of PC. In all honesty I couldn't care less as this was the experience that I had experienced and this was coming from someone who works and manages hotels as a living. Finally I was then passed over to the General Manager and had to repeat all my experience to him aswell. The GM who claims to have worked in big hotel brands in UAE was not able to satisfy us and was happy with the fact that as we had booked a discounted rate then this equates to discounted service aswell.

we offer a wide choice of rooms starting from Club Rooms,Deluxe rooms,executive suits and huts/lodges.We also have conference hall"Kohsar" for workshops,training etc.Our restaurant"The Bistro" serves all kind of foods and coffee shop"XPRESS"serves roasted bean coffee and desserts.Our Open Air BBQ"Hot Flame" is an ideal choice to enjoy the evenings and bonfire.

Reviewed By SyedS215While I was not expecting 5star service I was extremely disappointed by the quality, courtesy and level of service at this hotel. Luckily there are many alternative hotels to stay and eat at in the area now so it would be worthwhile to check those out before you come to this place.

Not good at all
Reviewed By CrazedTravelllerFirstly it's way down from the road and the way down is in such a bad shape and steep that I had to try 3 times on get on the road again but hitting the gas on a 1500 CC car to finally get back on the road. I booked the room via booking.com but when I went the guy on the counter was like that oh that rate is old and we are now charging way more. I did show him the booking after which he halfheartedly showed me a room on the ground floor on the side of the entrance with no view. It was obvious that they lure people in by advertising less rates on Agoda or Booking and once you're there, they say that now they are charging more. So although I persuaded him in giving me the room for the price I had booked it for on Booking.com, I just didn't feel welcome and decided to leave and stayed at Maisonette Firhill Villas in Murree which was way better if a bit expensive.

Took our money, did not provide the place
Reviewed By Dr Osman KWe made a full payment for an apartment. Maj Amir, then cancelled our booking at the last minute and did not refund the money. I would not recommend even thinking about going to place. There are plenty of nice places in Bhurban. This particular place's views aren't even nice. They face the opposite way to PC Bhurban, which has the most spectacular views. There are several other places to stay that give you similar views to PC Bhurban.
