Bus stop opposite also for links to Rimini town and Riccione. Hotel very clean. Breakfast fantastic with a varied selection of hot and cold plates, breads, cereals, fruits and delicious cakes and pastries. Excellent value for money. Reception staff very friendly and helpful with good English if needed. The restaurant staff very accommodating as are the room cleaners. Overall we love the hotel - visited for 4 years now

A family run hotel close to the beach but in a quiet location with ample parking.Traditional local cuisine enhanced by a rich buffet of fruits, vegetables, desserts including wine and beverages no limits.Rooms with balcony, TV, bathroom, air-conditioning included and free wi-fi.Breakfast with plenty of sweet and savory buffet with cappuccinos and coffee like at the bar, all included in the price.

Reviewed By jaderisesWe came here with my family for a week in mid-June. The hotel was already packed but the receptionists were always kind and made themselves available for any problem. The breakfast was rich and there was a vast range of choices. Lunch and dinner were included as well and the portions of food were perfectly satisfying, considering that there is also a buffet (mainly vegetables and "bruschette") before every meal. Both our rooms had been renewed recently and had perfectly working bathrooms. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth more than that. I would surely come back here if I were to stay again in this area.

Reviewed By Simona AWe’ve stayed at this hotel for the whole week, our room was on the 4th floor on the side near the train rails. Trains are coming and going very often during the day and the night and it is really really loud. And it was not mentioned when we booked it. Our window blinders was broken and nobody could fix them. Our air conditioner was also not working properly, just blowing wind and that’s it. Air conditioners are not free,you must pay 5euro for one day. We did not pay for it obviously. So in our room it was hot all the time. Bathroom was small,I have never seen shower and toillet so close to each other.Basically you can sit on the toillet and have a shower at the same time.. Food choice for the breakfast was also not big,one plate of cheese,one plate of ham, white bread,no vegetables,no fresh fruits,some choices for jam and sweet pies. Staff are coming to clean the rooms everyday,but it was couple of days,when our room was not cleaned and we had to ask to bring us fresh towels and toillet paper. Staff seems friendly,but when you need to fix something,they can’t do it. One staff member told us,that everyday something is broken and that it is not 2star hotel,in her opinion it is 1star.. Swimmingpool is near the beach,you can go there from 10 till 19,hotel gives you some card for that. Beach is not far,only 5min away as well as bus stops. Wifi at the hotel is 3euro for the whole stay,but you can use it only in the lobby,in the rooms it’s not working. We had only one chair in our balcony and asked for the second,but staff member said,that it was always one chair and they can’t give us one more.. Yes,hotel price is not big,but for the same price you can definetely find better place and service.

Reviewed By NithBlzThe hotel is in a great position. It's very close to the beach and to the main Street full of bars,pubs and whatever. It's very kind and clean starting from the Hall where there is also a equiped bar. It might also be a lil bit noisy for the dogs and the kids but it's not a big problem in my humble opinion. The breakfast is actually yummy. The lunch and dinner may be included if desired and you need to choose what to eat the day before (everyone has to do it and the choises are usually 2 for everyone).

Horrible experience and hosts

In 2020, due to Covid-19, they did not return the money, although Italy was in lockdown and the hotel was closed. I paid for a service I never benefited from, the hotel being closed. I asked for and agreed to receive a voucher that I never received.

Warm, friendly and inviting hotel

The owner Maurizo makes every effor t to ensure your stay is hassle free, entertaining and enjoyable. Only a 5 minute walk to the nice, clean and sandy beach. Definitely looking forward to returning again :)

Reviewed By Šárka SIt is really great hotel, Raffaelle and his staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had also small balcony. The location is on quiet area but close to the sea. Breakfast adequate, dinner above the average - lots of delicious food.
