We visited a few different âlocalâ Italian restaurants in the Miramare area. This was by far the best. The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. I visited this place on several occasions while in Rimini, after having read the raving reviews here on TripAdvisor. However, I was disappointed both times. Yes, the food is OK, but the customer service was terrible. I had to wait forever to order, even though I was the only one there. The woman working the register at the moment was more concerned with checking her Facebook than to take my order. She never once smiled or said anything when I finally was able to order, and I was actually uncertain if I had actually ordered or not. When the food was ready, she basically just threw the bag at me. The other woman (the older one) was friendly enough though on the other occasion I visited.However, for the price the food is good.

Nice beach bar and they looked after my group ( staying in 3 hotels) well after our evening meal had ended. Friendly service and a bit of English spoken. Sierra Nevada beer a welcome change from tasteless Italian Lagers. Try the Liquorice liqueur as a nightcap!!

Went here to get an ice coffee (which for me is an espresso/latte macchiato with a scoop of ice cream): got some kind of a coffee-flavored ice cream mixed with ice? It was really not good and nothing I expected. On top of that, it costed 5â¬! I know itâs not a lot, but for a scoop of ice cream? Totally disappointed. Besides, the waitress asked if I wanted coffee WITH ice cream, so I wouldnât say it was bad communication. Or maybe it is me and my misconception of an ice coffee. Anyway, I wouldnât come here again, at least not for a coffee break. We booked the table and arrived slightly before. We were told to sit where we liked and chose a table inside. There were only 4 maybe five tables including ourselves so not busy.The food came promptly and tasted great. We also had a round of drinks. After the main course we were NOT asked whether we wanted more drinks. We were not offered any desserts (we waited patiently to be asked) and had chosen from the menu which desserts we wanted. The rest of the tables were attended to but we were completley forgotten about. I could see tables being served desserts and spoken with but not ours. There were only four tables to be served and the owners were not rushed off their feet.I can only say that the rest of the customers were Italian. We are a mid 40's couple with a 13 year old so not rowdy and really pleasant but I just felt upset. In the end my husband had to get up and ask for the bill. He didnt say anything to the owner as he was upset too. No further drinks and no desserts. I was upset leaving as I really didnt understand why we received that service but can only put it down to being British. Its such a shame as it was great food and we would have spent more money given the chance. Sadly we would not go back.

After leaving another restaurant due to poor service, we found by wonderful chance Luna Rossi on the Rimini beach. Although no direct water views, we completely enjoyed the lovely warm evening sitting outdoors with great service by Ivan and his family's business. After a bottle of sparkling chilled lambrusco from this region, proscuitto and melon, mozzarella caprese salad amd tortelloni, we were encouraged to try the marscapone and Nutella tiramusu "sushi" dessert and a complimentary lemoncello liquor was brought out to finish our dinner with a lovely afterglow. What a wonderful end to a great day visiting towns along the way from Bologna! This is very nice restaurant with excellent service. There is no English menu but the staff translated everything patiently and with a smile.We had two starters. The first with octopus which was very well made and the second with baby grilled calamari. The chef knows what he's doing. For the main course, we had a parsley rissoto with sole. Again very very good. Desert was panna cotta with a wonderful coffee ice cream and an eclair with cherries and mint ice cream. Both were very good. The restaurant has a very good and broad selection of wine.Most certainly worth a visit - recommended!

If you want to have a really tasty Italian dinner you should go there.We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor, also it was near our hotel. The guests are mostly Italian, but the host speaks English. Not too many choices but very well prepared.Desert delicious. Prices are moderate and the quality of food is exceptional and the entire ambient of the place is special. I wish I could give this a higher rating because the food was great. The service was terrible. It seemed like no one wanted to do anything and service was passed from one person to the next. We asked the bill to be split in advance and they were unable to do it for some reason, even after we talked to three different people. Unless everything is straightforward, it isn't worth the time to try to deal with the wait staff-go elsewhere-there are many, many other options.
