A nice stay in the corona period
Reviewed By 908hansbA warm welcome by the reception and excellent service during our stay. We enjoyed the new thermal pool which opened on July 1st. The restaurant served another menu every day and the servants did a great job in terms of security (wore masks) and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Quality and esp choice of food very average, somewhat dissapointing and for sure not worth the money. A real pity, because for the rest a nice small scale hotel with outstanding service

Nicely located, quiet hotel
Reviewed By EyekaytooMy company had organised an "off site" meeting at this hotel and we spent one night there recently. We checked in late one afternoon and I was provided with a room on the third (top) floor. This could be reached by a modern, completely out of character, outside lift which trundled up and down at its own, slow pace. The decor in my corner room was rather quaint with large, heavy, strangely long curtains, two single beds which had been pushed together and a spotlessly clean, white bathroom. There were two small bottles of free mineral water which I appreciated. I didn't touch the 5,00 Euro mini bottle of red wine. The WiFi seemed to work well enough in my room. We didn't spend much time in our rooms. We did try the tiny bar at the end of the evening and the barman/receptionist kept up a very correct, professional approach as we had our last drinks before retiring for the night. I slept very peacefully - just not long enough as we had our meeting in one of the adjacent buildings across the road the next morning. Oh, the breakfast was fine. Plenty of bread rolls, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, cereals, bacon & scrambled/boiled eggs etc. Our meeting room across the road met all our expectations. Isolated and quiet, with plenty of coffee, tea, cold drinks and things to munch on.

A disappointing experience
Reviewed By 479LizDid not stay, had an evening meal with friends last Friday which was meant to be a highlight of our trip. Service was very poor, though alerted when booked to one guest being gluten free it took a couple of reminders and 20 mins after others received theirs to get a bread roll. The main courses were either an odd combination of ingredients or too salty and were a high price for such poor service. We had been pressed to pre-order as there were 8 of us, which we did not want to do and ultimately selected from a very limited a la carte which gave a choice of 3 dishes. One diner commented that the Michelin sign must refer to the tyre company!

Excellent hotel with large rooms, parking lot and a very extended breakfast

You can reserve a parking space in the garage for 5 euros. We did that but didn't use it because there was enough parking space in the parking lot, still we had to pay the 5 euros. Luckily we were allowed to stay after checking out until we left the town. Very large room with a big tv, nice bathroom and good bed. Also electric shutters so you can make it very dark in the room to sleep. The breakfast was very extended and good. The lady even went specifically to the bakery for two rolls because there were no more, also she bakes a fresh egg on demand. Very good hotel!

Mixed bag but overall nice.
Reviewed By del180180Plus points included some very friendly staff members including the nice barman from Sri Lanka. Rooms a bit basic but functional. Nice pool area but don’t be fooled by the claim to have a gym. It’s a shoebox with 2 pieces of equipment and one does not work. We were not able to book a table for Xmas eve but staff were kind enough to find us a room where we could bring our own food. Rating based on overall stay and more upon a few kind gestures vs quality of hotel accommodation. Oh and the breakfast was fabulous.

Reviewed By daina767Rodderhoff Hotel, located in the village of Ahrweiler, was a lovely and comfortable place to spend 3 nights. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Also, they have a wonderful restaurant for dinner that was full every night we were there. We had a very memorable stay.

The breakfast has everything you need, with large rooms, comfortable beds and ample bathroom. The service is lovely as well.

lovely little hotel on the periphery of the town centre
Reviewed By Ian WStayed here during a seminar during carnival week, lovely little quaint hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Rooms large and accomadating and above all tidy and peaceful nights sleep is a bonus. Breakfast very varied and caters for all tastes. Location is mint, explore Bad Neuenahr, Nurnburgring not far away, Remagen for the history buffs and its located in the middle of a fantastic wine area. Service personnel were top and i would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
