Reviewed By Delphine_100I travel a lot for business and New Palace Hotel is the cleanest hotel I have found in Bac Lieu but it still as a lot to be desired!! But at least I don’t share my room with insects and creatures as other hotels I have tried in Bac Lieu!! It is supposed to be 5* but there Is never any hot water to shower at night or in the mornings!! Every time I check in I ask is there hot water to shower they always promise there is but it is not true!! Hot water is not a luxury!! The pillows are hard so cannot sleep well. The restaurant never as much food , I don’t know why they have a menu because they never have what you want. You end up asking ok tell me what you do have!!

Staff's new year party ruined our stay
Reviewed By Mobile589348I have already reviewed Ho Nam Resort once and not much has changed. However, on our second stay, we were told that there would be a staff party which should end at 10pm. Well, it did not. It did not end until 1am with staff demonstrating their voices through a karaoke machine. Needless to say, it was not the best night of sleep one was hoping for. On the upside, the front desk manager was friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By surfdogs88I booked a small single room. And it was not so small after all. It comes with a table, chairs, a fridge, TV, AC, and a fan. Shower and toilet of course in a separate room. The bed is big and comfy. The best thing about the place is that it is really quiet at night. It is far enough from the street so you do not hear traffic. I had a great night's rest.

Reviewed By hpnguyenThe hotel stays near the market, so there were many choices for us to choose what to eat. The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and the equipment was good. There were only 3 problems. Firstly, the door was not sound-proof, but it was still acceptable. Secondly, the breakfast menu had just a few of choices. And the last one was that low wifi. The others were all good. I may come back in the future.

Phù hợp với đoàn chúng tôi. Đoàn đông người nên đến nghỉ ngơi ở đây. Giá cả hợp lý. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã cho tôi đêm ngủ ngon lành. Dễ chịu.

Reviewed By Nickh4972Stayed here once before and it was terrible. The place is undergoing a renovation so we thought we'd give it a second chance. We asked for one of the newly renovated rooms. Well, once bitten twice shy they say. The new room was really poorly finished, it was dirty, hair in the bathroom, the kettle looked like the builders had just finished with, a family of cockroaches in residence with their feces everywhere. The company that runs this place is a million miles away from good service and quality accommodation. Staff are indifferent. Horrible place. Lesson learned? Yes! We'd rather sleep rough than stay here again.
