Excellent destination
Reviewed By Malha66On upon a time there was a group of bikers, traveling once or twice a year over the Europe. This June we´ve finished first part of our journey at URZ´ns - and it was excellent since our arrival, accomodation, splendid landscape views, delicious good dinner, drinks till the breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended not for bikers only, but everyone.

Great hotel with excellent views
Reviewed By 409MichelleH409Stayed here for 1 night on a recent motorcycle tour. We arrived on 4 motorcycles and there is plenty of free parking. The hotel is close to the town centre and has lovely views over the lake. The staff are excellent, speak very good English, have a great sense of humour, and booked us a table at a restaurant they recommended as the hotel restaurant was not open. The rooms are very large, very well furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. We will definitely stay here gain.

Reviewed By Rafal GNot the best impression when we arrived- disrespectful receptionist. Room was clean and nice, but “last touch” would be a game changer. My room was at the first floor with view on cars parked next to the wall. The hotel is located quite far from Gmunden (5 km). Breakfast was good.

View of the lake and mountains somewhat obscured by a large electric line directly between you and the view but this is a minor annoyance . The facility is modern, clean, very bright and reasonably priced . Rooms were standard European size but well appointed with nice linens and fixtures . Had half-board dinner which was good and well priced. Very good secure bicycle storage . Manager / owner very friendly and helpful . Excellent copious breakfast with multiple choices . Close to several other restaurants but a bit off the beaten path which has some benefits and some shortcomings .

Perfekter Familienurlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Absolut moderne Unterkunft mit moderner Einrichtung im Landhausstil sowie großem Tageslichtbad mit Sauna! Der gesamte Hof lädt zum entspannen und wohlfühlen ein und befindet sich in absoluter Traumlage mit Blick über den Traunsee sowie den dahinter liegenden Bergen wie zB. dem mächtigen Traunstein. Der Auffenthalt wird durch die Gastgeber perfekt durch eine familiere Atmosphäre abgerundet und so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist die Möglichkeit sich mit einem tollen Frühstückskorb, der wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt, versorgen zu lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Reviewed By Ahmed AIt was an amazing experience coming to this place and meeting these nice people. When I arrived at the train station with my wife, who's pregnant, we couldn't find a cap to the hotel, but the owner of the hotel came to pick us up herself and did not hesitate. In terms of food, lunch/dinner were the best we've had in all of Austria, I recommend this place in from all angles. Thumbs up!!

Reviewed By sc_esherQuite a climb to the hotel when you have a bicycle and paniers. Good standard of rooms - we had a balcony with terrific view. Good restaurant which is popular with locals and operates independently of hotel. Friendly staff.

Reviewed By gerard032Stayed at this hotel while on a trip to Austrian lakes.on arrival the manager at the reception was very abrupt and not very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. The food at dinner was very limited and not that good, but the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Make sure if you are going to this hotel that you get a room at the front of the hotel,we were at the side and it was very dark because you had a grass bank in front of the balcony (see photos).

Nádherná dovolená
Reviewed By Magdalena BRodinná farma, kde se nejen nádherně hospodaří, ale i krásně přijímají hosté ve třech velmi příjemných apartmánech. Na snídani je možné vypít několik litrů výborného čerstvého mléka, od místních kraviček :-) Jediné upozornění: s majiteli se lze domluvit v podstatě jen německy. Ale díky jejich srdečnosti se dá domluvit i bez dobré znalosti jazyka ;-) Navíc je farma ve velmi nádherném kraji s mnoha jezery a nádhernými, zajímavými vrchy. Velmi doporučuji!
