Reviewed By IrlantilainenWell run, hospitable, modern, all conveniences: all that you need at a very good price. Between the new city and Eski Adana, about 1.5 km from the station. Good breakfast, very helpful staff - especially the bayan manager, who corrected a mistakenly cancelled booking for us. As usual in Turkey, multiple excellent restaurants in immediate area, plus a large shopping mall. And a free beer for Accor members on arrival!! Highly recommended.

Check-in was a bit time consuming and other than it offers good quality of service spacious rooms and plenty facilities. Room service is highly recommended. The hotel also enjoys to host branch of a famous local kebap houses. Highly recommended and much more better than its rival down the street

Reviewed By fiz7863An amazing and superb trip and stay at Divan Adana. Beginning of journey was tiring due to flight cancellation and stop over at Antalya. Hotel stay was reduced to 7nights. Divan hotel management made our stay very pleasent and offered as change of package n family connecting rooms without any extra charges. Everything was perfect from hotel management to breakfast buffet, to our rooms and location. We had a wonderful stay at the Divan hotel Adana. Will definitely be recommending this hotel for family stay. Huge thanks to management and reception staff.

From Adana Sakirpasa Airport, the airport exit road leads to the traffic lights at the crossroads on Mersin-Adana Street. Turn right and continue straight until the River Seyhan. You will see the Adana Hilton SA hotel on the opposite side of the river and the hotel entrance is on the right-hand side just after the bridge. The journey takes about 5 minutes.

Reviewed By ettienner2021Unbelievable that 2 Hiltons, a mere 100km apart, managed by the same GM(!!) can be so different from another. In Adana I was made to feel welcome, given the upgrade a Diamond member should get and had the feeling that the room was indeed prepared and waiting for me. Despite the reward one night reservation. The executive lounge was a dream, even allowed me inand served me when happy hour was almost over. Then, 100km away, the total opposite. Six night paid booking, get ignored in lue of locals - never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wish I had stayed in Adana for the full visit. Hope all foreigners will consider that.

Reviewed By SSefikxBest accomodation adana has to offer exceptional customer service they truely went above and beyond to meet our every need will definitely recommend to all family and friends travelling to adana Special thank you to Hamaza at front reception and leyla kat hismetleri both made our stay as pleasant as possible Reception has English speaking staff which helped heaps as our Turkish is very limited more English staff at room service would be great aswell for foreigners whom can’t speak Turkish and the meeting room right next door to the indoor pool was a bit irritating because every time we would go in the pool with the kids the meeting staff would come out and hand signal us to be quiet or shut up and be quiet when the children were laughing splashing around this was the only let down as your hotel doesn’t have any younger children facilities at all throughout our two week stay we attempted having fun in the pool on 3 different occasions and were rudely interrupted they were using sign language for us to time out or be quiet this frustrated me and the kids so we didn’t bother going every again I highly advise if there’s a meeting either close the pool or let the guests know in advance as apposed to telling them to be quiet on there holidays! We stayed in grand suite 405 room was great service was exceptional we enjoyed everything besides the upsetting incident I mentioned above Thanks Mrs Sefika Toros from Australia cheers

Terrible hotel
Reviewed By EhsanYazdaniIt is a terrible hotel with irresponsible staff. To begin, you have to deal with cockroaches. It is in a noisy neighbourhood and not comfortable for a second. Wifi is rubbish and you can´t browse. Elementary stuff like towel and shampoo are missing. Front desk personnel are tricky with price.

Great value hotel
Reviewed By 704MS1Stayed overnight at this hotel not far from the airport at Adana. Perfect location and excellent value for money. The room was very large with king size bed, table and chairs and plenty of space. Powerful air conditioning. There were lots of extras in the bathroom as well as the usual toiletries; pack of ear buds, toothbrush & toothpaste, shaving kit and even a full size comb. Lighter also provided in the room. Free WiFi which had a good connection. A selection of teas and coffee was also available in the room The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and all hot and very fresh.

Reviewed By Happytraveller186334Swift check in, we were offered tea/coffee when we arrived. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, paper thin walls and we could hear the couple in the room Next door. Very reasonably priced but this is not 4* as advertised more likely 3* at best. If you have a car, check where you park. There is a school on the opposite side and we were blocked in by a school van and this took a while to move.

Reviewed By Ünüşan KI stayed in this hotel for one night. In my opinion smoking is a very big problem especially in hotels in Adana region. Adana Sürmeli unfortunately gets its share from this severe problem as well. Stuff is very helpful and did all their best to make one comfortable. Beds and pillows were very good. WiFi was quite problematic. I must admit I couldn’t get any connection from my room. That was annoying. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also not as expected from a 5 star hotel. The place where they serve breakfast was very dark and very flat. Check-out was lightning fast. Overall Surmeli Hotels used to be better in means of quality but they should re-consider themselves.
