El Hotel La Floresta Salento se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia.  El horario de ingreso a las habitaciones (Check-in) es a las 3 pm. Al mediodía debes entregar la habitación, después de esa hora, si lo requieres puedes guardar el equipaje sin costo y seguir utilizando las instalaciones del Hotel, tomar una ducha, tomar café o té y esperar en las áreas comunes relajado, hasta la hora de su partida.  Si el huésped desea quedarse una noche más, deberá informar en horas de la mañana en la recepción, esto con el objetivo de verificar disponibilidad.  Todas las personas hospedadas deberán registrarse con su respectivo documento de identificación (Pasaporte, Cédula de Extranjería, Cédula Colombiana, Niños registro civil o tarjeta de identidad).  Contamos con guardaequipaje en caso de necesitarlo.
