Well I purchased open ticket online, no problem. Waited at a point more than an hour, advertising board out, no show, Phoned and Number didn't work. Sent email and got a message to say closed because of Corona Virus.I realise beause of being an open ticket this has happened. Unbelievably a full refund was in place when I got back home. Well done. Hopefully one day I'll get back to do the Bon BonAdventure

Super luxurious hotel on the sea, with a very very warm welcome on board. We had the 2 day 1 night trip and really enjoyed every minute on board. Thanks to the excellent service of JK which anticipated every wish. And he also made great cocktails in the evening btw. Please keep on doing that great service. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, with a breath-taking view to the sea. Food (lunch, dinner and breakfast) was delicious. We highly recommend this trip, it so peaceful and relaxing.

This was a must do in HCMC. We learned that without the speedboat you end up on an awful bus trip so this was definitely the right choice. I can truly recommend this. My booking was made by Happy Monkey and they took care of making sure we had everything we needed. It's a great way to see the Saigon River and the tunnels were a great experience.

They offer this great chat feature they entirely ignore. We saw the bus and it looked interesting, so we bought tickets. I wish we'd read reviews first. We purchased the 24 hour pass, but upon further inspection, the hours are between 5pm and 10pm. This seemed wrong, so I chatted and emailed them, never receiving a response. Then, Ho Chi Minh started to close some non-essential businesses due to a COVID risk, several of our other tours got cancelled, so we hit them up if it's available tomorrow... No response. I'm just glad it wasn't very expensive, but companies who are this irresponsible, who take your money and feel no obligation to manage expectations are irritating to me.

Halong Bay is a must but do not forget to visit Ninh Binh which famous with Tam Coc - Halong Bay on Land, Bai Dinh - the biggest pagoda in Vietnam, Trang An Eco - where Hollywood film maker did Kong - Skull island. If you visit Halong bay and want to go Ninh Binh directly to save time, our bus route "Tuan Chau, Halong - Ninh Binh" is the best idea for you. It just take 4.5-5 hours. This tour becomes highlight of our trip in Vietnam as our parents love to visit the pagodas and learn more about Vietnamese culture. Our tour guide Hoan was very professional and great sense of humor. He gave us so much information about the local culture and customs as well as the history of the temples and pagodas. The food was good and we paid for our own drinks that we ordered. After the tour, the cyclo men took us around the city and dropped us off at the hotel per our request. Overall, we are happy with the service and definitely recommend it to everyone.

My sister and I went for 2days/1night to Halong Bay and it was absolutely amazing. Halong Bay it self is so beautiful and the staff and our super cool tourguide Dani made the tour even more great. There was such a nice atmosphere during the whole trip and everyone was just having a good time while we enjoyed the boat trip, had a lots of really good food and a lots of activities such as karaoke and cooking class. I would defintely go again if i had the chance! :)
