An einem Samstagabend sind wir nach Dudweiler in das Sudhaus zum Essen gegangen.Von aussen ein guter Eindruck und von innen der Gastrostyle der 80er Jahre mit dunklem Holz aber sauber und gepflegt. Passt aber gut zum Brauhaus.Das Bier schmeckte echt gut und es waren 4 Tische mit Gästen besetzt. Die Speisenkarte bietet eine gute Auswahl vom Wurstsalat mit Bratkartoffeln über das Sudhausschnitzel bis zur Grillplatte. Wir bestellten Bruchetta als Vorspeise und einmal Wurstsalat mit Bratkartoffeln und ein Sudhausschnitzel mit Pommes und Salat. Nach cirka 10 Minuten war das Essen da und der erste Eindruck war gut. Der Wurstsalat und die Bratkartoffeln waren gut angemacht und schmeckten wirklich gut. Das Sudhausschnitzel ja da muss ich leider sagen Nein. Warum? Ein Schnitzel sollte wie ein Schnitzel angemacht sein und nicht aussehen wie beim Discounter gekauft fertig angemacht. Zum anderen hatte der Koch wohl einen schlechten Abend oder ihm ist das Salz aus der Hand geglitten. Versalzen und wie gesagt ein Schnitzel paniert man so nicht. Dafür gibt es von 10 möglichen Punkten gerade mal 2. Für den Wurstsalat gibt es 9 von 10 Punkten! Ja und jetzt noch den Beilagensalat..1 Punkt von 10 Warum? Salatblätter sollen frisch sein! Alles in allem gebe ich für den Besuch im Sudhaus 6 von 10 Punkten.

Tired of city walking, language barrier and on a limited budget - this is your place. Predictable cuisine, reasonable prices and fast service. Quickly we were able to continue our city exploration.

We followed the recommendations and it was a good experience. Fast and Personal self-serving Service. Sitting outside very closed to the main court. The dishes were tasty. Fries a special flavour. The mayonaise and the ketchup beside were kalinski-style we had only there. The salad was ok. But the sourrounding and the options afterwards were closed to. So we could recommend too.

Went here for a lunch on a Monday. It is located at the main street in St. Ingbert, remember number 101 because you would miss it easily otherwise. You will enter a small courtyard which will give acces to the hotel and the restaurant. It was rather empty. Service was friendly and giving you the feeling of being a valued guest, just impeccable during the whole stay. With the mineral water and glass of sauvignon blanc from Languedoc they brought some bread and an amuse, this was an amazingly delicious consommé of lamb with lentils and a small cup of puff pastry with tuna, it sounds as an odd combination but it matched so well ! I started with an appetizer of grilled shrinps and coquilles saint jacques on mesclun salad (the announced green asparagus was not available). Second course was the specialty of the house, the bouillabaise, richly filled with several delicious fishes and seafood, wonderful hint of saffron. It was served with two large croutons with rouille and shaved cheese, wonderfully balanced flavours throughout, what a treat! Finished with a cup of coffee (asked for an espresso but it was a rather large cup of well-tasting coffee), served with complimentary cream of lemongrass with mousse of berries. I have tried, but I simply can't remember a better lunch ever! For me this is a place to return to, not only when being in the area but worthwhile to travel to by its own right.

Es kommt gleich????Damm lier!Expensive? It's acceptable, but serving is terrible.I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes, What did I order? It was avocado, cheese and bred everybody eating there. It's for my breakfast, there was nothing difficult. When I paying after only coffee, Nobody says 'sorry'. I cannot say 'don't go'. But I can tell you there are many restaurants much worthy.

Kann ich nur empfehlen. Gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung bei vernünftigen Preisen. Das Lokal mit seiner Ausstattung ist liebevoll gemacht. Es ist ein Lokal für Leute die einen besonderen Flair lieben. Nix für "Schikimiki! Aber von mir als empfehlenswert eingestuft. Im Sommer sitzt man drauÃen.

Zum Mittagessen bietet sich das Salzbrunnen Carree an. Es liegt schön in einem Innenhof mit Blick auf die Salzhäuser. Im Sommer mit Aussenbestuhlung und auch im "Winter" durch die grossen Fenster sehr freundlich und hell. Der Mittagstisch kam schnell und war lecker. Preislich recht günstig und der Plausch mit dem Gastgeber war auch nett. Durch den guten Zulauf zur Mittagszeit lohnt sich sicherlich ein Anruf um zu reservieren.Hier komme ich gerne mal wieder hin.

Good quality/value of the food. We had a normal Zigeunerschnitzel and a bigger Jägerschnitzel. And with that 3 beers (normal) and a cola. The dish came with fries and salad. And that for almost â¬40,-The people are very friendly. We were still allowed in - although they were already quite full. Good and fast service !The entrance towards the building is nice/unexpected.
