A short walk into the woods from the main town, and you will be greeted with the most intriguing formation of waterfall seeping out from the rocks. According to the local info, the water source had to go through the rocks for about 4 years, and then finally came out as the waterfall. There are a couple of trekking routes nearby the waterfall as well. This place is quite popular amongst the tourists.

We always walk that street up and down, because we go to Asanoya bakery to buy bread and to Kobayashi jam shop to buy the best cranberry jam in all of Japan. The street can be crowded on weekends, but is usually very quiet on weekdays.

Visited here on Nov 7 2019 and i am happy because i am able to see autumn leaf red here. The scenery is very beautiful , the real one by eyes are more beauty than the photo I went here summer ( Aug 2018 ) it also very nice place for visited.
