Very good restaurant in Vlaardingen! We had to wait 20 minutes before we could get a table, but that was fine as the atmosphere is good. Food is delicious, service very friendly and efficient. Prices very reasonable. We will definitely return!

Betaald parkeren vlakbij.

Enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet (loads of choice, hot and cold, sweet and savoury) overlooking the shipping lane and harbour. We also had a tasty casual dinner. Lovely smiley, friendly staff. Very relaxing in this popular and very busy riverside restaurant. Good prices.

Flynn's is located at the port of Vlaardingen. You are very welcome for a dinner, drink or private dining experience. We stand for pure craftsmanship and genuinely friendly service, making every visit a unique experience. We will be happy to welcome you i
Just opened and by far one of the best in Vlaardingen and area. If you like a great big piece of meat this is the place to go. You can order from the card but I really recommend to order a âget a bit of everythingâ menu where they give you a bit of everything. This is especially good for when you are in a big group. Would come again.

The restaurant is conveniently located in the historic centre just opposite the âVisbankâ, the former fish auction built in the 18th century. The area around the restaurant was recently renovated and made pedestrians only (spring 2013). There are many caféâs around with terraces which makes it a popular and lively hangout for locals, particularly in summer. Restaurant Delphi also has a small terrace with about 6 small tables.Inside the restaurant has two levels which both were pretty crowded when the place was visited so advance booking maybe required. On some nights there is live Greek music but that seems to be on one floor only so decide what you want. Check the website of the restaurant for details or ask when you visit the place. This restaurant has been on this location for many years in its originally setting. The quality has been maintained for all these years. The restaurant has partitions everywhere so you can sit reasonably private.Service was friendly and efficient. When you arrive you will get a welcome drink (Ouzo) and some bread with spread. On Friday and Sunday they serve a âGreek Tableâ (min. 2 pers.) which was my selection when I visited. This was a good deal with three courses of very good food, more than you can eat. With wine and coffee to finish, the bill was a reasonable ⬠60,- for two ($ 80,- / September 2013)And with the bill you will get a last drink on the house, a sort of sangria.

Fantastic food, great service, friendly hosts, beautiful setting by the river. I was in Schiedam for 2 nights and found this windmill place on the first night just as they were shutting. They stayed open so that I could enjoy a super meal of Dover sole. I was so impressed I came back the next night to try more. They were spot on with my monkfish and scallops and lobster bisque. All this while watching the ducks fishing for dinner.

Smakelijk Eten & Drinken is located in Vlaardingen, a bit more remote from Rotterdam centre. However they won the 2015 Pollepel Award and now I know why : food very nice, surprising combinations. Wine choice rather limited but a balanced selection. Service just right : friendly, well informed, personal yet not too cozy.Atmosphere and ambiance relaxed, you feel at home here without being overwhelmed by other guests. Price/quality very much OK, even with top wine selection. This is an absolute recommendation.

Original Italian food, home made pastas en pizzas. We make every things with Italian love that Mamma teach us.
Nice family owned business with amazing pizza. The dough and the tomato sauce on the pizza made the difference, really. The nice owners were chatting with us and made our dinner very pleasant. We will come back for sure and would like to highly recommend this place.

We started both with a wild bouillon which was served with a bit of tartare of dear filet. Never had such a nice bouillon. Then we had dear filet and wild boar. Both cooked to perfection, tender with some veges superbly arranged. Again I come back when I am in Schiedam. Service very friendly and acceptable prices for a haut cuisine kitchen. Including a few glasses of wine we payed 90 Euro.Just some minor comments: serve the amuses with the aperative and not just before you get the first course
