Very good environment. Middle of jungle. So many activities and bonfire and candle light dinner. Simply amazing. Highly recommend. Good for everyone.

Hidden paradise with beautiful view
Reviewed By wewidRoseland Cottages was an exceptional stay in a wonderful location. It takes you a while to reach this hidden gem by car, but the location is rewarding. Only pure nature, without noise or light pollution, just the jungle and you. The rooms facing the valley offer you an amazing sunrise experience (younger people would say Instagram-view). The sound of all the birds and other animals is even better. The owners and their team make sure that you get to relax and offer a delicious breakfast, which you enjoy overlooking the nature. They have their own coffee plantation and organic vegetables. Of course their own coffee is served for breakfast. Our kids loved the small dog (6 months old), who is very playful and even followed us on our guided hiking trip through the plantation. Absolutely amazing and perfect stay in this hidden paradise!

We propose a really nice B&B direct on the beach. Breakfast is included in the price. It is a small structure (only 8 rooms with 2 family rooms with beachview & a Suite Deluxe with a private little pool). There is an other shared little pool in a nice patio.

Reviewed By benbecSorry for the late review! We planned to stay for a couple of nights but ended up staying for five I think. Amanta was a fantastic last minute find. The owner and the staff were all amazingly helpful. The rooms are really nice with great bathrooms. The hotel was quiet so we were allowed a room for us and a room for our two children, aged six and nine. We ate in the restaurant each night which is worth a visit in itself! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Amanta to anyone visiting Nilaveli.

Reviewed By wasantha123I went to aki villa with a couple from france .this place in kalkuda is located in a very peaceful and quite nebourhood.it has a large swimming pool .the garden of the hotel is full of flora and forna .they also have a restaurant (they will prepare anything for your conveiniance for sure ) they offer me even the driver accomotation for a very reasonable rate and with a little bit of money spend i also had all my meals at aki villa (if you need futher cheap prices the owner of aki villa also have a hotel in the heart of valachchena(near to police station and petrol shed /to the pasikudah road ). The staff of this hotel is very good and they will give you a very fast and excellent services upon your requests .the morning breakfast was fantastic as well as all the dinners i had there .very clean environment with always smiling people .they also let me clean and wash my vehicle without any additional cost .you can experience the fisherman life (everything they do)just 500 meters away from the hotel (ask your hotel and they will organize it at your conveiniance ) most important thing is that they have rooms for a very relaible and cheap prices while other hotels having unbearable prices .highly recommended for local and foriegn guests and for families .i would definitely take my guests to aki villa again .finally i have found "The place " to stay in pasikudah .all the best

Reviewed By OldgitabroardWe had a brilliant 1 night stay at Beam Resort. We arrived late but this was no problem for the very welcoming owners. We were offered continental or Sri Lankan breakfast and opted for Sri Lankan - delicious home cooked and loads of it! Which they later packed up for us to take for lunch! Comfy bed, WiFi & power even during the current government enforced cuts, due to them being located close by a hospital. And a beautiful garden balcony terrace to sit out on from our room! Would certainly stay again if we had more time in kandy!

Reviewed By O6545QMbbUnfortunately, we only spent one night in the beautiful accommodation. The house is located in the middle of nature a little above the centre, it is easy to walk there. We have been warmly welcomed with cake and had a spacious, clean room with balcony. We would have liked to stay longer, thank you very much.

He arranged scooters, transport and even offer free rides to the center/taxi post for transfer to mirissa. Also present us will welcome drinks and fruit. The breakfast was delicious too! The rooms were very clean and spacious. I hope we can move his business forward in the coming times..he and his mom truly deserve it! If you are reading this..congrats from the truly impressed portuguese couple ??

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The dinner was tasty, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and varied, with lots of sri lankan sweets. I totally recommend that lost in the nature guest house !! ?

The family are so kind and helpful, and they made sure we saw as much as possible, arranging tours with an awesome taxi driver who took us everywhere around Sri Lanka and helped us get to Mirissa. The breakfast is amazing here with delicious, fresh homegrown good. They do so much to help you enjoy your stay and it is like heaven, with amazing views and a wonderful treehouse.
