I booked this for my husbands birthday, we made Massaman curry from scratch, stir fried veg and mango sticky rice. It was so fun to make the curry, seeing all the ingredients and how it comes together. Sue is a great teacher and has so much knowledge and we learnt so much from today! It all tasted incredible and took us back as if we were in Thailand again. We made so much food, we also got to take home what we made and have for dinner. Great experience, yummy food! Thank you for a lovely day

I asked for a Thai cooking course for a birthday present and my kids certainly did me proud by researching and finding this course based on reviews. The course was amazing. Jirapan is a great teacher and learning to cook beautiful food with her was an all round wonderful experience. I hope to join another course soon to add more dishes to my repertoire.

I took the Set Menu 5 group class over the weekend and can attest to all the positive reviews by all so far on this thread. Nui is Thai but has lived in London for a few years, and I was looking for someone like this who has worked out how to source proper ingredients locally but can repeat of flavours and aroma of dishes you get in Thailand itself (have been there many times on holidays). Nui explains each ingredient in detail and advises where to source and what can be used to substitute as required. Also she demonstrates cooking tips and techniques expertly. I have booked the remaining four other set menu group classes she runs and can't wait to go back to learn (& eat) more !!.

Everything is prepared from scratch, using fresh ginger garlic paste, olive oil, local village produce (butcher’s meat/ fishmonger’s seafood) to prepare dishes that are close to my heart, having been passed down generations. The classes have generated excellent reviews from participants.

Had the best and happiest day on Friday doing an Ancient Grains bread workshop @ruthslittlekitchen. Ruth is fabulous, an inspiring and highly professional teacher who has the ability to make the bread making experience fun and easy! I not only learnt a lot, but came away with a huge bag of wonderful bread which we made from scratch in her lovely home kitchen. Looking forward to more workshops next year!
