Reviewed By 946ottokComfortable but a bit inhospitable place to stay in Gamla Stan. Inn featured shared showers and bathrooms, simple, quiet rooms and honest if a bit blunt service. There were no common kitchen or lounge areas. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.

Reviewed By supercarina81Friendly staff-I was helped at check-in by Klara. Beds very comfortable and whole apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchenette with fridge very Helpful as I travelled with my two children 6 and 8 and could make food for them. We also had a room with a sofa bed. Made up for us on arrival. Breakfast was packed in a bag and delivered daily. Fresh and wholesome. It was a sandwich , yoghurt and muesli a juice and a pastry. Would recommend and definitely return. Completely satisfied customer this end.

Better than expected
Reviewed By selutfnThis is a budget hotel. Our room was spacey, had very good beds, very good bathroom with shower, a kitchen (with all necessary machines but lacking sausepans). Well placed just outside a subway station (10 min to Stockholm central station), 300 m to a big food shop (Coop) and 500 m to nice recreation area (Ursvik forest). What more can you ask for?

Bra men inget särskilt

Sovit i ett dubbelrum, och det som var käckt var att det hade en köksdel med kyl, mikro, spis och diskmaskin. Dock kändes det ganska snålt med tallrikar, glas och bestick. Utav allt fanns det endast två, t.ex. två skedar, två glas, två tallrikar, etc. Visst, är man två personer så räcker det väl med t.ex. endast två gafflar, men det blir ju svårt att fylla diskmaskinen när man har så lite av allt. Rummet var städat och fräscht. TV:n kändes modern. Sängen var bra och bred. Det såg ut som två ihopställda enkelsängar på bilden, men det var en bred säng. Eftersom att jag och min fru bokade rummet primärt för att ha sex så var det uppskattat. Den var också bekväm att sova i. Frukosten ingick, men den var väl en besvikelse tyvärr. Det enda man får är en påse per person i receptionen med två frallor, pålägg, en bägare juice, en bägare yoghurt, granola och ett äpple. Visst, det var gott och bra för att vara en påse med frukost. Men, det var långt ifrån en riktig hotellfrukost som jag hade sett fram emot. Något som också var konstigt var att man har en kaffekokare på rummet, men inget kaffe. Det är väl tänkt för de som tänkt stanna längre och då köper sitt eget kaffe. Men för oss som bara hade tänkt ha sex en natt, så hade vi ingen tanke på att ta med oss kaffe. Alternativet är annars att köpa ur en automat i receptionen. Sen fick jag intrycket, utifrån vad personalen i receptionen sa, att knappt några andra som på hotellet. Skönt för oss, lev lite fonder.

Extremely dissapointed with the whole experience
Reviewed By stephcooke723Our group were travelling from the UK. On the day we arrived we received a text message that gave us code for front door and room code. After an hour in Central train station we found the green metro line, this took us in and out of alvik every 3 mins. The green line journey was approx 7 stops and took around 20mins. Some rooms were extremely noisy due being next to the train station and dual carriageway. We originally find the hotel, mainly thanks to Google maps. Codes sent to be let in front door worked so we jumped into excelators and off we went to our rooms. The key pad I found easy to use. As soon as I opend the door and switched the lights on the smell of rotting food hit me. On inspection there was mouldy food left in cupboards. Automatically I check the microwave which has food caked everywhere inside. The cupboards that plates and cup were kept in had some kind of congealed substance dotted everywhere. I then noticed that a drink had been dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. I then noticed spatters and smudges of blood on the floor area. I would have been straight down to reception to request a clean room. However it seems reception is no longer manned. Free tea, coffee and fruit is no longer offered. 5mins walk is a supermarket where I bought cleaning products. It's not safe staying in these conditions at the best of times, yet alone covid times. I scrubbed that one bed apartment which is not what I wanted to do after travelling 14hrs. That night there were people running up and down room hallways banging doors and trying handles. We returned one afternoon and 4 armed assault police officers were running in and out of the hotel. All in all our stay was a disaster. I only write of my room, however both of my colleagues suffered the same. The toilet had not been cleaned and a massive jobbie was waiting for him. An headboard completely fell off mid sleep. No locks on 10th floor windows. The only saving grace for me was that the bed was clean and comfy.

Reviewed By jorgegU9476WKIts impossible to sleep here. The machinery that is Cleaning the Station Flemingsberg is working during the night. How is that possible? Theres no respect whatsoever to the people staying in this hotel. Unbelievable bad... Horrible experience!!

Reviewed By Venkata MAkalla hotels is the place where one of my friends stays and I got an opportunity to visit due to the same reason. The rooms are studio type with Internet facility. Laundry is also available. The rooms are well maintained which would be cleaned once in 2 weeks.

Alla bekvämligheter vi kunde önska, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum, bra köksmöjligheter, rent, fint och inrett med fantastiska färger, textilier och designmöbler. Allt var så omsorgsfullt, vi kände oss så välkomnande som gäster. Värdinnan var oerhört trevlig, fixade kaffe och kakor, kollade så att vi hade det bra och trivdes. Kände oss som hemma, men tusen gånger bättre. Hela familjen, från åttaåring via tonåring till 70-åring stormtrivdes. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!
