Lying at Italy’s geographic and historic heart, Lazio (or Latium) was the seat of the Roman Empire, and as such is teeming with ancient attractions, especially in the Eternal City of Rome itself. To the east, Tivoli has Emperor Hadrian’s exquisite and massive Villa Adriana. Civitavecchia, today a major cruise and ferry port, has been Rome’s main harbor since the second century. Many pre-Roman sites dot Lazio too, like the Etruscan necropolis at Cerveteri, dating from the 9th century BC.

Fantastic location, no need of any taxi, bus or metro! Situated on Via di Monte Giordano, a characteristically medieval street full of restaurants, cute bars and a mini market just in front the entrance and located just a few steps away from Piazza Navona, HiSuiteROME Residence is ideal for discovering the marvels of the Eternal City. The enviable location allows for walking through the streets of ‘Papal Rome’ and discovering on foot all the principal tourist attractions and monuments. You will breathe in the picturesque and charming atmosphere of the most beautiful city in the world! The ApartHotel is completely brand new, has six suites (45mq) and six apartments (70mq to 100mq) all next to each other in the same building, with modern design and equipped with all hi-tech amenities to ensure you a memorable travel experience. The installations, through the integration of domestic automation technology, were designed with particular attention to energy saving and reduction of pollution in the area. Regarding the Concierge service, we have a reception open from 9.00 until 19.00 (09.00 am / 07.00 pm) but we are always online to support our guests! On request, we arrange private transfer from and to the airport/train station; our prices are very reasonable, so similar to the public transportation but the service is safer, faster and more comfortable! Moreover HiSuiteRome is pet friendly: we will be glad to host your dogs with a little cost for the extra cleaning . Arrivederci a Roma!
Let me just start by saying that I stayed in multiple places during my long trip in Rome, nothing compares! And I must say that it was so comforting to be greeted with such kindness and a swift check in, especially after such a long journey from Australia. The lovely lady when checking in went above and beyond to highlight ( on a very handy map) the best of the best restaurants and sights to see, all within such a close proximity to the apartment!! It honestly just felt like a home away from home. Coffee, super fast wifi, incredible atmosphere.. you name it. Waking up after a big rest from all the travel it was so comforting knowing I had all the amenities I needed to get right into experiencing what Rome has to offer. 10/10

Located in a building dating from the early twentieth century, Mood Suites Tritone are stylish suites with an innovative and modern design. A new concept of hospitality makes Mood Suites Tritone stand out from all the other hotels, blending history, modern design and quality services under all at once in the heart of historic Rome. Our suites are ideal for those seeking the perfect combination between comfort and space. Brightness, enhanced by the neutral colours of furniture and space, provide an intimate and cosy environment ideal for privacy, rest and relaxation. The luxury apartments have free Wi-fi Internet connection, and a hallway between bedroom and bathroom area with comfortable armchairs and fine deckchairs. The bathrooms are spacious and comfortable; they are equipped with baths or large showers. Bathrooms have soft terry towels and toiletries from the exclusive line for women and men.
Ideally located to access a lot of the famous sites. We were very kindly upgraded to the Muse suite which could be accessed via stairs or a lift. The suite was very big, and the best we’d stayed at in previous stays in Rome. Kitchen facility’s with cooker fridge, sink and cooking utensils and crockery. Drinks fridge, Tea & Coffee making facilities too. Stocked up daily. Small dinning area. Two toilets, and lovely spacious rain shower. ( Full size hairdryer too, and complimentary toiletries. ) The main bed was enormous, probably a super king. Bed settee also. There was a very spacious outdoor terrace with table and chairs. The suite is modern and clean. The people on the reception desk are very helpful, and happy to advise and help if you have any questions or want help planning a visit. The Moods Suites are very impressive and I would definitely book to stay there again. Highly recommend.

Located on the corner of a small street in the heart of ancient Rome, Mood 44 is a unique place to stay. The outside is the typical "old Rome façade", yet inside is modern, clean and well equipped. Given it's not the typical "hotel" experience (e.g. no room service or 24-hour front-desk staffing), I felt more like I lived there than was a visiting guest. Staff gave me an overview of the facility and recommended local eateries as during Covid they were not serving breakfast. I had an access key to the front door to come and go as I pleased. There is an elevator that goes all the way to the roof top so no need to worry about dragging suitcases up staircases. The rooms are spacious, very modern, and very comfortable. The windows and curtains block out the sounds of the city, so no issues with sleep. Using Mood 44 as a base, I was close to many of the historic landmarks (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and relatively close to the Forum and Colosseum). If you like to walk around and get the feel of a city, and have tons of restaurant choices without the fuss of dealing with big full-service hotels, Mood 44 is perfect, especially if you are on a budget. If I get to visit Rome again, I will stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed for 3 nights last week, the staff was nice and the location is excellent, close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. We booked the superior room which was supposed to be amazing and knew the hotel Might be dated because of the location but is very dated , looks old and it was not clean. Room was very dark, small windows with no view and it had a musky smell. The bathroom was big but the room was not, it was not comfortable and there was dust in many places. Don’t book the hotel airport transfer, is much cheaper to take a taxi. Would not stay here again

Appartamenti Marcoaurelio49 is only a 10-minute walk from Rome’s Colosseum and Colosseo Metro Station on line B. It has air-conditioned accommodations and a 24-hour front desk.Along with free Wi-Fi, the classic-style apartments at the Marcoaurelio49 feature a kitchenette, a sitting area with a satellite flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Some apartments also have a balcony.A tram stop is 110 yards from the property. Rome’s famous landmarks such as Vatican City and Piazza di Spagna can be easily reached by metro. Parking near the property is free.
I was looking for some hotels nearby the Termini train station for days and nothing was ok for us, either good prices with bad reviews or good reviews and expensive stays. Fortunately I found the Apartments Marcoaurelio49 which was in a great location and had really good reviews. We arrived around 11 AM, the checkin was at 15:00 but the lady at the reception was super friendly and supportive, she explained a lot of what can be found nearby regarding restaurants, ATM, pharmacy, market and where to buy transport tickets, also about the main attractions of Rome and how to get there. They took our luggage while we started our trip to the city. At the afternoon we were took to our apartment that was bigger than we thought and our luggage was already there. Everything was better than expected, the service, the place and above all the location. Perhaps is a bit expensive compared to other places, but for us (4 adults) was perfect relationship price/benefits. The included breakfast included: toast bread, jam, croissants , cereal and juice. True, they were all packed and not fresh, but the quality was good. The best thing about being a few blocks from the Coliseum is that you can go at night when most of the tourist are gone and you can make great pictures. The checkout process was simple as we left before 8 AM. We definitely will return to this apartment on our next visit to Rome.

The Adagio Roma Vatican is located in the green area of the Balduina district, not far from the shops and the Gemelli Hospital, and just 2.5 Miles (4 km) from Vatican City. The Aparthotel has 107 air-conditioned apartments, ranging from studios for 2 people to 2-room apartments for 4 people, a meeting room, a breakfast room and a private garage. The Balduina Metro station is close by and provides easy access to the main tourist and business areas.
Set someway outside of the city centre this apartment style hotel was great for our needs. The room had a large balcony, sink, fridge, cooker, plenty of wardrobe space and large bathroom, all kept to a good standard. We didn't bother with the breakfast so can't comment, the restaurant next door was great for the evening meal. On the first day we walked down to the Vatican - about 40 minutes, and then took a train back to the local station which is right next door to the hotel. The trains are frequent, clean, safe and cheap and we had no problems getting them to and from Rome centre - takes around 15 minutes with a swap over to the Metro. If you are after a late night clubbing in Rome, then its not convenient but might I suggest you should be paying the premium and staying in the centre? Or just get a cab back, its not going to be more then 10-20 euros. Unfortunately we were too early in the season to try the pool but our room overlooked it and it seemed very nicely maintained and clean, like the rest of the hotel really.

This was my second stay at Nerva Accomodation Cavour, and I was completely satisfied. We arrived about 9pm having chosen the self check-in option: access to the hotel and room were via PIN codes supplied by WhatsApp, which worked fine. Room was perfectly clean and had air conditioning controlled by a remote control. Staff were available at breakfast, which comprised tea/coffee and a selection of pastries and yoghurts. A little noise could be heard from other rooms, but nothing disturbing. Location is a short walk from both Termini station and the Colosseum.

The first thing I will mention is that there are no elevators in the building and it’s 4 flights of stairs so if that’s a showstopper for you then this isn’t the place for you. However, if stairs are not a big deal, then this place could not be more perfect! It was the best value we found for this area. It’s a few steps away from Piazza Navona and centrally located so it’s a quick walk to Castel Sant Angelo, St Peter’s, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The Colosseum and Vatican Museum are also within walking distance and although it’s a bit of a walk, there’s so much to see along the way that it’s worth it anyway. They offer transfer services to and from the airport which is super convenient. The room itself was very spacious (we stayed in the Michaelangelo room). There is a private bathroom with toiletries, towels and a hair dryer. The hot water in the shower was a little tricky to control but once it’s set, the water pressure isn’t bad considering how old the building is. They cleaned the room everyday and gave us free bottles water, juice, wafer packages, tea and coffee. There’s a small fridge, kettle and espresso machine in the room. It was a little chilly and rainy when we were there but the heater in the room was nice and warm. The bed was comfy and I really loved the super high ceilings. They provided us with a key to the room and the building which is fine for us because we went everywhere together. There’s someone at the reception for a few hours a day (while they’re cleaning the 5 rooms in the hotel) but that’s it. That was fine for us and they were easily reachable through WhatsApp. The internet was super fast and there’s also a small safe in the room to store your valuables if you don’t want to carry it around with you. The street is super busy with restaurants and bars but we barely heard anything while in our room. There’s a pharmacy next door that does antigen testing, and if you need a PCR test to go back home, there is a place called Data Medica just 15 minutes away that provided results within 6 hours. There’s a grocery store 5 minutes away, and tonnes of places to eat (just make sure to do research as some of them aren’t very good). I would definitely stay here again! Big thank you to the staff who made this trip memorable.

We visited Rome in mid March and stayed in a one bed apartment in this great guest house. Self catering gives far greater options when travelling with children and this apartment was ideal for a family holiday. Very clean and ideally situated in Rome, near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Lots of nearby trattoria's and pizzerias but also it is near the daily market at Campo de Fiori if you need to buy fresh groceries. Our apartment had a lovely small terrace too, for outdoor breakfasts. The staff were so helpful with maps and recommendations and booked a private transfer to collect us from the airport, so much easier than train and bus. The kitchen had essentials and snacks left out for us, and plenty of towels and slippers etc in the bathroom. Rome seemed very quiet this month and hardly any queues for the main sights. especially if you arrive early. We felt safe with their Covid policy too.
