Worn out and overbooked
Reviewed By Alex_leonovNot a good apart hotel to stay in . Although the complex is very very large and consists of several complexes , it has major issues . One of em being the check in process . It located in a middle complex , has big cues for check in and check out . Buildings have severe moisture , fungus damage. Rooms are very humbly decorated and are worm out , we have changed rooms but same problem .they are in a terrible state . There are management issues , if you call to be picked up or any other issues you might have the bell boy or management are hardly available . Prices are sky high during skiing season . Apart from a proximity to the ski lifts , this complex is to be avoided . Although not the worst stay but far far from a good one .

Reviewed By beliy_veterReally good home hotel! Good service and very pleasent staff. There are several 3 floor houses with accommodations. Separate room for skis. Washing mashin, microvave, hob, refregirator and kitchen equipment and TV in room. Transfer to Rosa Hutor every morning. Cafe dowstairs.

Reviewed By a7la_alissaMe and my friend booked a hotel room through a website we prepaid a small part of the fee in advance and the rest when we checked in. The receptionist was very helpful gave us numbers of local businesses for renting cheaper equipment and answered all our questions. The room is very basic on the first floor 2 beds, 1 tv and a wardrobe except the room is so small that we can’t completely open the door because it’s blocked by the bed. Cleaning service is good and the toilets are clean with showers. There is a cooler in the end of the hall for hot and cold water. Everyday from 21:00 karaoke bar didn’t go there yet. We got 2 hours of free spa everyday. On the tv local channels and there is no windows in the room

Villa Augusta is a new apartment comlex of the "luxury" class. The house is in close proximity to the resort center, and combines city level of comfort with peace and privacy. There is all for creation of safe and enjoyable rest of your family: the convenient site, the developed infrastructure, excellent traffic intersection, spacious apartments. Distinctive feature is finishing from environmentally friendly materials, abundance of a tree and the warm color scale creating expressly the cozy atmosphere. All apartments are completely furnished and ready for living; the bathroom, kitchen with built-in equipment, the hall, the bedroom are provided. At the disposal of guests are the elevator, own boiler room, an internal parking for cars, the well-planned territory with arbors and a barbecue zone, falls and modern landscaping. Apartments are half an hour drive by high-speed train from the international airport, and 45 minutes drive from the airport by car. This fine place for active winter and summer holiday, or long-stay accommodation.

Reviewed By 19Julie58Предоставляемых квартир предостаточно, и все они на любой "вкус и цвет". У нас в двухместном номере был зал, спальня, ванная и балкон, наши друзья жили в семейном номере с детьми просторная кухня с диваном, 2-е спальни и ванная и потрясающий вид с балкона. В тоже время можно найти и эконом вариант: 1 комната и ванная. У нас в номере за неделю убирались полностью 1 раз, но на любые просьбы всегда откликались и помогали. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди. Если приезжать без машины, то нужно быть готовым к крутому подъему в горку, рядом остановка. До магнита и пятерочки примерно километр ходу.

Reviewed By VP2027Номера сильно уставшие. Вскрывшийся ламинат, пробитые двери. Отклеивающиеся обои. Грязная засаленная мягкая мебель, которая не знала чистки. Огромные очереди на регистрации. Персонал на ресепшен очень не приветливый. Нас принимал молодой человек, угрюмый и с видом, что мы приехали лично к нему и сильно при этом напрягли. Ничего не объяснил. Нам нужна была доп. кровать естественно он забыл отметить и нам пришлось буквально в ночи ее добывать. Туалетных принадлежностей в номере нет. Одно полотенце на человека. В отзывах пишут о наличии кофемашины. Ничего подобного в нашем номере не было. Стоянка платная. Дозвониться на ресепшен не возможно, они просто не берут трубку. Первый раз в этом отеле и уж точно последний. За те деньги, которые он стоит в сезон, этот отель точно не стоит. Лучше немного добавить и жить в нормальных условиях, чем в этом жутком отеле.

Reviewed By _K1479YNОтвратительное место за все гребут деньги, придумывают свои правила штрафуют посетителей за то что не могут обеспечить нормальное расселение и обеспечить персоналом парковки, также ужасные номера везде грязь плесень, я обратился к администраторам и менеджерам в устной и письменной форме на просьбу разъяснить ситуации ноль эмоций заезд 1,5-2 часа ужасно отдохнули и омрачили отдых
