Reviewed By Gretchen WThis place is built on the highest hill around in Pittsfield, NH. The view is spectacular and the owners are so warm and welcoming. You can often see deer and turkeys on the distant hill. They offer mead slushies, music, cheese boards, beer on tap and mead samplers and mead by the glass. Some days a food truck is available. Situated on 94 acres of farm fields and woods, you are welcome to walk the country dirt trail with a picnic basket. A restaurant is under construction and a wedding venue is planned as well. This is a wonderful piece of heaven! We are return customers abd this place is fast becoming our second home. Love it here! And dogs are welcome, inside and out!

Reviewed By Khiem VNice and clean room with bathroom. Nice view. Friendly and responsive staff. Good for value. The place is a bit far from the center is the only minus. However you can reach the beach with just 5 mins on foot. Highly recommended!

Welcome to Beach Front Apartment Nha Trang! Located centrally in 60 Tran Phu Street, Our apartments are looking directly to the beach, with just a walking distance to that area. All of the apartments are brand new ( only in use for 2 years) , fully-equipped for long and short term stay with kitchenette, washing machine, high speed internet and a real fridge ( not the mini one). We welcome all of the guests to come and stay in our apartment.

Reviewed By DavidgmxWe Had a very big and nice Apartment. It was very clean and the room service came one time a day to clean und bring fresh towles. The View from the 34th Floor was Amazing, besides we chosed a Room without seaview because we liked the room more. We had two beds, a kitchen, a table for 4 Persons, and even a washing machine. We could choose between three rooms and have a look before taking one, but this was because we just came around and didnt book before. One of the rooms was a smoking room, but not the other two. The Apartments a direct in front of the beach and in the City Center. It was just a Great stay for us in Nha Trang.

Hi this is Phi Yen Nha Trang Apartment . It's in Muong Thanh Building at 60 Tran Phu , Phuong Loc Tho , Thanh Pho Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. It takes 1 minute to go to the beach from our place. In our apartment, you can see the sea or city from room . We have many choices for your : city view ( balcony ) , sea view , penthouse ( on the top of building 46th where can see all the city and sea )...

Reviewed By Phuonghp1985Phòng đẹp có 2 giường view biển. Máy giặt đầy đủ bột giặt, sữa tắm dầu gội tràn trề. Nhà bếp đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cô chủ xinh ơi là xinh và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Nhất định sẽ giới thiệu cho người thân khi đến Nha Trang. Giá cả phù hợp. Vị trí cực trung tâm, sang đường là biển.

Reviewed By Karen KWe were contacted before we arrived to ask what time we would be checking in, when we arrived we were asked to pay upfront and then on the way up to the room she told us the pool and the terrace were closed because of the typhoon now I know that is not her fault but it should have been mentioned during booking, when she contacted us or before we were asked to pay!!! The room is nice but there was hair everywhere and ants all over the floor. She then asked us what time we planned to leave on our departure date?! We hadn't even put our bags down yet! Check out is 12 and on our departure day she knocked at 11.55 and asked were we ready to get out yet. The place is not worth the money if it has no pool or terrace, we are backpackers and decided to pay extra as a treat to have a pool and a place to relax and I was disgusted that it was not communicated to us that it wasn't available.

Reviewed By Hung LWe have had contact with miss Doan Thi My Chi (01266633321) and one of the owner miss Tien (01206232775). At check in we got problems getting in the appartments because miss Chi did not registered us with the building authority. After check in we gave miss Chi EUR 400 for exchange into VND, she promissed giving back the change in the evening, which did not happened. She promissed in the morning serving breakfast, which did not happened, by the way not for the whole stay and also no responding at all after several reminders. The appartments were filthy, windows broken, kitchen with no equipment, leaking brown water after toilet flush, airco's with hot air. After a lot of contact persons and repair men over the floor (in our vacations!?) problems were still not solved. We booked 2 appartments for VND 7.900.000 with breakfast for 7 persons for 6 nights, they overcharged us VND 1.900.000, total charged VND 9.800.000, no breakfast served. At approx VND 50.000 a breakfast, that is also about VND 2.100.000 "overcharged". Our conclusion: miss Chi and miss Tien scammed us. Our recommendation: PLEASE NO GO THERE!!!

This apartment is Ocean view from the balcony, bedroom, only some foot to the beach. It has 3 bedroom, 2 double bed, 2 single bed, a living room, kitchen to cook a meal, a fridge, 3 air conditioner , washing machine very convenient . You can swim sea swim, very romantic and walk the beach

Reviewed By Traveler507015Жили месяц в этих апартаментах на 25 этаже в 2-х комнатной квартире с 2-мя ванными. Бронировали через airbnb, только когда приехали, узнали, что девушка Handy - это целое агентство с множеством таких квартир, а не частный владелец. Владелец отзывчивый, на вопросы отвечала быстро, помогла с заказом воды в больших бутылках. Из плюсов расположение около пляжа, много магазинов, ресторанов, прямо под окнами целая улица вьетнамской еды с пластиковыми стульчиками и столиками. В общем весь колорит. Квартира соответствовала фото на сайте, но ремонт некачественный. Вся сантехника разваливается и отваливается от стен. В ванной нет душевой кабины, вся вода разбрызгивается по всему полу, отсюда влажность и испорченная дешевая мебель. В квартире бегают мелкие муравьи, с которыми мы безуспешно пытались бороться, но они опять приходили от соседей. Очень плохая шумоизоляция и окна, слышно дорогу, стройку, крики и ругань китайцев в коридоре. Вообще комплекс очень любят китайцы, их целые толпы. Посуды практически нет, 3 тарелки разного размера, стаканы, сковородки и кастрюлю убитые. Пришлось покупать одноразовую посуду и кружки под чай-кофе. Хороший холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, еще были мультиварка, но мы не пользовались. Уборка оговаривалась 2 раза в неделю, в итоге приходили без какого-либо расписания то 2 дня подряд, то раз в 4-5 дней. Уборка никакая. Брали кружку, плескали на пол и размазывали по центру комнаты тряпкой, по углам грязь так и оставалась. сантехнику тоже моют примерно так же душем, ничего не вытирая без химии. После просьбы помыть нормально с моющими, сделали один раз, дальше опять одно и тоже. В общем на месяц поехать пожить можно, на более длительный срок - ищите более чистоплотных хозяев и берете только верхние этажи, на первых тараканы.

Reviewed By 2mumiesHad to give this a one star review as TripAdvisor does not have anything below one star. OMG what a discussing place this was not the apartment I booked only line. Search online through safari but, the photos are not of this apartment block the photos are from the hotel in front Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel. Did not realise that I had book this through booking.com until I received an email the day prior to arrival. The email gave instructions on what to do once we arrived. We approach the security guard if that’s what you could call him no English spoken. The staff member walked out of the elevator spoke to the guard and then looked at us and said go to 36th floor, office. We waited 7min for an elevator. Staff member step out of elevator we followed her to a small room, more like a closet than an office. She requested passports took copies and then informed us to follow her to the elevator once again then to the 32 second floor with no discussion. She opened the door to the apartment and OMG we were afraid to walk in but, we were not disrespectful we entered, staff member handed us the key and left. We look around the apartment tried not to touch anything the view was good and that was it. Blind on the window were broken therefore could not be closed. Bathroom was moulded and linking pipe in the wall was from the aircon in the main bedroom. The towels smelled old and were covered in mould the linen on the beds look as they would tear the minute you laid on them. The doors and walls were dirty. Both my partner and I look at each other and said we can’t stay here turn to walk out of the apartment as we attempt to close the door the handle fell off in our hand.
