Comfortable place to stay
Reviewed By winitangaThe room was very clear and comfortable with everything you need. In addition to the rooms there is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave etc., open terrace, water cooler, you can also borrow the iron. Without extra call to the hotel staff it is impossible to get there.

Вид очень впечатлил. Спокойная и уединенная атмосфера этого места очень привлекает и дает забыть о городской суете.

Reviewed By 410xaviergNous avons passé deux jours à Listvyanka lors de notre traversée en train de la Russie. Malgré la météo fraiche et pluvieuse, nous avons apprécié l’endroit pour son calme. L’appartement était neuf et propre (avec une télévision connectée ce qui a plu aux enfants !), parfait pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes. Le propriétaire avec qui nous communiquions par email nous a organisé les transferts en taxi (20 euros) depuis la gare d’Irkoutsk et le chauffeur nous a même emmenés dans un supermarché sur le chemin pour faire les courses. Il y a des restaurants a proximité de la résidence qui est située un peu en hauteur au calme à 5 minutes à pied du bord du Lac. A recommander !

Reviewed By aleksandr5448Уютная гостиница в центре города. Качество обслуживания на высоком уровне. Очень чисто, аккуратно всё. Номера переделаны из квартир, под советский тип, почти все - с кухнями. Обходительный персонал. Просьбу о неработающей лампочки выполнят в течении пары минут. Бесплатный вай-фай имеется. Ощущение "домашнего уюта" во всём, приятно останавливаться. Здание, где расположена гостиница, окружено соснами, черемухой так что воздух соответствующий. Утром птицы заменяют будильник.

Reviewed By Danilo IIl residence è all'interno di un condominio moderno al quale si accede, previa ispezione visiva dell'attento portiere, attraverso chiavi e codici preventivamente comunicati dal personale della struttura, reperibile presso la reception posta al quarto piano dello stabile. L'impressione iniziale è di una specie di fortino tanto che appena usciti dall'ascensore si deve comunque digitare un altro codice per aprire una porta che permette l'accesso al corridoio dove sono posti sia abitazioni private che, appunto, appartamenti in affitto. La struttura è in una zona periferica e residenziale della città (a mio parere assolutamente sicura), priva di attrattive e servizi (uno o forse due minimarket). In 40 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il centro città. L'appartamento assegnato, composto da due camere da letto, dotate di tv, cucina-soggiorno e balcone, disponeva di un bagno grande e pulito dotato addirittura di sauna. All'interno, oltre ai classici prodotti da bagno, una fantastica macchina per il caffè Nespresso con relative capsule che dopo due settimane passate in Asia è stata una gradita sorpresa. L'appartamento è dotato di stoviglie e coperte supplementari, insomma tutto il necessario per un soggiorno tranquillo. Pulizia impeccabile e Wifi eccellente. Non esiste un locale per consumare la colazione comunque offerta, ad un oprario preatbilito, dal personale della struttura che la consgena direttamente agli ospiti ai quali, il giorno precedente viene chiesto di scegliere tra le quatro o cinque opzioni diverse (in russo). Non particolarmente varia ma certamente sufficiente. Il personale della reception estremamente gentile e disponibile tanto da essersi prestato per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente con l'agenzia che avevamo preontato per il trasporto all'isola di Olkhon. Hanno acconsentito, senza alcun costo, a custodire le valige per i due giorni che abbiamo trascroso sull'isola. Conversazione esclusivamente affrontate con google translate. Consigliatissimo.

Везде чисто, укомплектовано посудой, техникой (включая фен, утюг и стиральную машинку)! Очень удобное расположение - практически самый центр, все в пешей доступности! Отчетные документы предоставляют. Заселение в любое удобное время! Более чем адекватные цены! Рекомендую!

Reviewed By NICHOLASGILROYAn Apartment Lifestyle ! Planning a visit to Irkutsk in Siberia, I was navigating through the usual collection of hotels and came across the Azimut Apartment choice. The description attracted me and without hesitation I made a reservation which I did not regret. The following brief points summarise my feedback: -Very central in Irkutsk with all the city amenities in easy walking distance -Apartment very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with all the facilities you need -well equipped kitchen and bathroom -very thoughtful inventory of facilities throughout including washing machine in the bathroom -wi fi router in the apartment and strong and stable signal at all times -A large selection of bars, restaurants, shops, malls and markets very close -20 minutes walk to the mini bus station to catch transport to village of Listvyanka on the shores of Lake Baikal. 100 Roubles each way. Frequent service. My research revealed a taxi may charge you up to 3000 Roubles to take you there and back. -duty manager met me in my reserved apartment and not at reception. He was happy to help with all enquiries I had. He had limited English, but my ‘Emergency Russian’ filled any gaps we had in communicating. -I never did locate the reception to the complex, but the duty manager mentioned it is manned 24 hours. He said normally the clerk on reception will not speak any English. -A point worth mentioning, no credit cards and debit cards are now taken. Its cash only. I was emailed this information after I made the reservation. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I do think this should be stated somewhere in the property advert. -All in all, a great alternative and cheaper than some of the hotels I was looking at. It worked for me -I may try the apartment thing again -In Irkutsk, an ideal choice for a family in the summer with walking and hiking plans etc

Reviewed By R7857XDannkОтличное место! Удобное расположение, уютные домики, хороший хозяин. Отдельно можно заказать баню с вениками, идеально после морозного дня на льду Байкала. Из окна прекрасный вид. Место тихое, не в самом центре Хужира, что позволяет насладиться тишиной и уединением:)
