Wonderful hotel
Reviewed By 850ruvidBeautiful new hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Staff were kind and breakfast was tasty. Really enjoyed our stay Would highly recommend. Good location. We stayed over night as our tour to ha long bay left early in the morning. Had nice local meal across the road too

Reviewed By TrangnanaThe hotel is very nice and clean, all room have balcony, washing machine and kitchen. Friendly and professional staffs. Breakfast is delicious and varied, including European, Asian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese as well as Vietnamese food. I like both the pool view, saunna and the MQ Bistro restaurant, it's a great idea to relax and enjoy a cocktail.

Excellent down to the details
Reviewed By egblonderJust had an excellent stay here during an overnight trip to Hai Phong. Some highlights: - The location is perfect. A block from the train station, walkable to tons of stuff, and a 5-minute ride to most other things around the city. - Great service from all the staff. - Thoughtfully designed room that creates a sense of privacy & spaciousness at the same time. Full kitchen, drinking water provided, and a very elegant bathroom. - Breakfast wasn't all that great, but it had a few tasty items in the buffet that made it work for me. The building is clearly geared toward Japanese visitors, but it's a pretty great spot for anyone. The only thing that wasn't clear is about the WiFi - we didn't get a signal in our room, but also didn't follow up because we didn't need it, so it may be something obvious that I just missed.

Lovely/Large Apartment with Great Service
Reviewed By TeresaDanielWe are currently staying at the Trang Thanh Luxury Apartments (right beside the Harbour View Hotel). The apartment is immaculate, and the building is really luxurious. The service couldn't be better. All of the staff, from the reception managers to the housekeepers, have gone out of their way to meet our needs and to be helpful. Breakfast is brought directly to your apartment (promptly at the time you select) on large trays and you can select from a variety of options (e.g. western, Japanese, and Malaysian). One small issue: the fitness center is equipped but not really set up yet, but we have used the elliptical without power :)

WORST BEDS IN ASIA,bad service
Reviewed By Arthur G1: I stayed 3 weeks in SE Asia, these beds were SO BAD we went to a super market and purchased an inflatable bed. THAT BAD. Unacceptable for the cost and expectation. The bed was hard as the floor. 2: The staff was nice, but spoke almost no English despite the information of the hotel stating otherwise. They led us to the wrong place and gave bad info, ruining our stay in Hai Phong. 3: We checked out 2 days early and requested a refund and they LIED and said we checked out late despite proof. Now we were charged over $100 for an awful bed for 2 nights we didn't get to not sleep in this terrible place.
