Reviewed By jongazusWe were staying nearby but discovered the breakfast, which was fantastic. For 100 baht there was a choice of different styled eggs with side salad and pineapple. Also a choice of decent coffee. Most importantly a lovely large slice of toast made from proper homemade bread ( with butter and jam). Yum The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Probably the best breakfast in chiang Rai!

Avoid ! Not professional !
Reviewed By JuliaDupont61Our booking was cancelled without any notice to us, few hours prior to our arrival to the hotel, because the staff does not understand English properly. So when we arrived, they told us they had a room for us in another hotel - seemed good until we saw that it was a shabby place, not very clean, and way lower quality. They were not helpful at all to find a better solution.

Reviewed By martinbukThe hotel was built on a budget with cheap fixtures and badly designed eg you take a shower and the water drains across the other side of the bathroom. Lights and the switches badly placed. Breakfast was limited in choice but the coffee was good

Une grande chambre, bien décorée et bien équipée. Très bonne literie. Jolie salle de bain. Climatisation, écran plat. Tout paraît neuf. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix et copieux (oeufs, fruits, etc). Le personnel parle peu anglais mais est très gentil.

Reviewed By ricoroyoLynn110518First time in chiang rai we stay for 3 nights in rama residence the place was convience to 7 eleven , night market , and also 15 minutes to get their .everything was fine but not very good , room was comportbale specially the pillows we had a soft and comportbble pillows and bed . breakfast I spoor they had same menu everyday few choices ,quality and variety are not good . overall 3 nights stay we enjoyed .we are hoping to visit and stay here again .

Terrible customer service, avoid! (June-2019)
Reviewed By nicka856May 2019: Terrible customer service! The owner requested a cash deposit for the key (a first time after 2 months in Thailand/Asia). We had to travel early (5am) on the following morning to Laos so requested to have it waived. At that point he refused to let us use the room. We ended up paying as we were tired. I am very surprised at the other reviews calling the owners ‘accommodating’. The room was ready, however they did not let us in until we paid the key deposit. Would not recommend staying here.

We located in the heart of Chiangrai and offer airy, safe, and clean accommodation with friendly atmosphere and English-speaking staff. Each room is fully facilitated with air-conditioner, fridge, cable TV, wireless Internet, hot shower system in western standard bathroom with shower screen, and insect screen door opened to balcony. We also offer free tea/coffee 24/7 in the lobby with free breakfast for 2 guests per room.

The whole hotel has been recently refurbished and looks absolutely amazing, so even though the price is low, you feel like you’re staying in an expensive hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient area, within walking distance to the center of town, but isn’t right amongst the busyness. The owner and staff speak amazing English and go out of their way to provide a great experience. The Underdog Muay Thai gym is right next door, too, which is a convenient, inexpensive and fun way to get some exercise while you’re staying in Chiang Rai!

Комната просторная, но кровать жёсткая.Напор воды в душе хороший! Недалеко минут 10-15 пешком - большие торговые центры. Лучше иметь байк, но в принципе, если не едите в пещеры, можно и без него обойтись.

Next to the hotel, you will see Big c supermarket and beautiful greenfield. When I have business at Chiangrai this is the first choice for me
