Reviewed By JasysGreat brand new hotel with courteous, friendly and accommodating staff. Have chosen a One-Suite, that was a great experience While clear glass showers are not appreciated by all guests it was no issue for us. There were only to minor caveats. The mirrors near the wash dish didn’t have appropriate lights. Whilst light spots from the ceiling are admittedly fancy, they offer limited illumination of our mirror images. Our room was close to the outside illumination of the hotel, which looks very cool from the outside, but was somewhat a drag to our ability to enjoy to enjoy the night view of Caorle. - all of which admittedly 1st world problems. From check in to check out, staff @ breakfast, bar and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and also our dog felt welcome. I was impressed by the („Tetris“ ?) capabilities of the Garage-team. Arranging that number of mostly large cars is an achievement! Shower was spacious, bedding was very comfy (not too soft or hard). Breakfast was really well sorted and all of this pored with the proximity to the center of Caorle will surely make us returning.

Reviewed By jjanuleEverything was great there! Nice people, solving any problem you came with, great place, nice sea, clear and fine equippment inside. We really enjoyed our stay. Only one small comment - the pool could be opened earlier morning and later evening - till 10 pm. The pool is lighted, why? :-)

Attention, dirty apartment with broken furnitures
Reviewed By Orfelia86We stayed 3days in this apartment, but we wouldn't recommend it!!! The building is new, quite equipped (washing machine...) BUT: they asked us at the beginning 35€ for cleaning (not accepting credit cards or bancomat), and IT WAS VERY DIRTY!!! WC had insects and hairs, some plastic parts were broken, shower was very dusty, the bed covers had chocolate spots AND the SOFA-BED was broken and totally UNCOMFORTABLE. Cups for breakfast are smaller than glasses. Even if it's close to the center we won't come back there, if COCAL AGENCY don't change their policies. (We asked back the 35€ but they didn't give it back!)

Perfect for families
Reviewed By bennipfWe were in the complex for the tenth time. As always, the outdoor area was very well maintained. The rooms are getting a bit old, but no problem for a week's vacation with the family. we had an apartment with separate bedrooms and a spiral staircase to the 1st floor. The terrace and the garden are great and there is everything you need for cooking. we'll be back next year!

Good choice in Caorle
Reviewed By h hWe spent a week in the apartman B04 on the ground floor. The apartman has small terace. The pool side has bigger terace, but it was also noiser. So we were happy out apartman was facing on parking side. The appartman itself is huge with separate sleeping room and living room with small kitchen corner. The kitchen has only basic equipments, such as plates, cups, 2 pots a pan, spoons, forks, knives...in other word kitchen was poorly equipted. You should bring your own stuffs. Beds were super unconfortable, few pillows and only a poor blanket. On other hand a lot of storage place. You are on vacation and handle everything around apartman like your own flat. The pool is open daily 9am till 8.30pm and it's great. The apartman provide max privacy and no one will bother you. The key pick up & check in place is 100m away. The sea is around 10min away as well as shops.

The complex Giardini di Altea groups together three twin holiday villages - Olmi, Lecci Tigli. Each village has a big swimming pool for children and adults in the middle, which is sorrounded by the houses.Giardini di Altea is situated in a quiet area next to the golf course, about 500/800 mt far from the beach (there is a little free shuttle train that brings you to the beach if you don't want to walk!).

Reviewed By Barbandy59Extremely difficult to find where to check in. Eventually found office staff very helpful. Apartment was adequate bare essentials only, not even a toilet roll supplied. No nightlife to speak of, perfect for large groups who are wanting to spend time together. Not suitable for couples in my opinion. Trip to Venice was great value at £23 euros. Beach quite nice but only one or two bars to visit and no shops.

Reviewed By Jenőfi GResidence Braida is close to the centre and the sea as well, still calm. There are big rooms and balcon. We also had an own, closed garage. Our children (age 4,5 and 1,5) also enjoyed the holiday very much.

Reviewed By Szilvi78We had a wonderul time in Caorle in appartamenti Rizzante , very clean,spacious, modern apartman with a sea view, with all the kitchen equipment, but the only thing we really missed was a washing machine.

Reviewed By Giulia GPosizione ottimale in pieno centro ma a ridosso della spiaggia; i padroni di casa sono molto cortesi e disponibili. Questo è il secondo anno che veniamo e siamo molto soddisfatti! Gli appartamenti sono di varie metrature, ma tutti hanno una cucina ben attrezzata con microonde e stoviglie. La biancheria da bagno e letto viene fornita settimanalmente, mentre le lenzuola della culla/lettino da campeggio bisogna portarsele dietro. C'è la lavatrice è uno stendino in terrazzo per stendere i panni. Il residence è ristrutturato di recente e molto pulito. Possibilità di parcheggio su pubblica via (ci sono attorno parcheggi a strisce blu): viene fornito un regolare permesso di parcheggio per cui non si deve pagare al parchimetro. Sotto al residence c'è l'alimentari dei proprietari per cui non è necessario correre immediatamente a fare la spesa al supermercato; comunque a 100 metri si trova la Coop.
