Our local friend recommended this restaurant for dinner. We are foodies and when coming to Surabaya we want nothing but delicious, no fuss, authentic Chinese cuisine. And boy this place delivered!!!!! We booked the VIP room and had a private butler for our table, a little over the top but I am not complaining. The food was EXCELLENT! I can't remember what we had but oh my god one dish is better than the rest. This will be our new go to for a chinese food dinner in Surabaya. THANK YOU!!!

Excellent taste, great selections of noodles and fried rice. Their signatures are the chinese bbq (roast pork, bbq pork etc) . aside from noodles the Chinese dishes are also surprisingly excellent.Quick and not expensive. Perfect place for lunch.

Well worth the reputation as one of the best chinese restaurant in Surabaya. Goes with families to eat a quick dinner as we stayed at marriott for a short refreshment at the time, does not expect anything better than just standardized chinese restaurant hotel menus at first, but with a simple black pepper beef to sezchuan soup and steamed kerapu, my opinion are sure changed. Been to this place for so many times and never for once got disappointed. The 'Hakka' food here taste awesome, pocket-friendly, big portion which is suitable for family to share. Parking area, high chair are available, but no wifi service provided.

Lung Yuan was one of the exclusive dim sum place in town. Owned by Sheraton hotel Surabaya, this chinese food restaurant was once very famous among others. Today I had dim sum for lunch here, and experienced a little bit of disappointment in the taste. I ordered some basic dim sum items such as charsew pork bun, egg yolk bun, shumai, chicken porridge, and chang fen and they tasted not as good as I expected or at least as I remembered. The quality was much less than few years back, the shumai skin got chewy once it gets cold. Luckily I ordered two more a la carte menus which were prawn with mayonaise, and honey glazed pork and both of them tasted awesomely delicious.As regards of this restaurant, the service was outstanding. The staffs were knowledgeable and super friendly. The food presntation was not bad, and the ambiance was fine even though this place looked old. With the promotions available the price had become proper.

Yesterday I had a great time at this restaurant. The food was excellent. It was a pleasant experience being in the VIP room too. Also, the service was amazing, especially the girl name Natasha. She was very kind and quite fast at serving. I remembered years ago it tasted great. The only minus was the small portion compared to the price. And lately i found they had removed the lapjiong (sweet pork sausage) due to customer complain/supplier prob they said. Why dont they just change supplier instead of removing it? The taste is also not the same anymore, the kwetiaw now is quiet soggy and wet. I dont think its the same apeng i used to eat before. Its not that bad, but not too good either

Thuis restaurant, in the center of tien is part of the Bumi Surabaya hotel. Inside is a Japanse and an Indonesian food restaurant. The 12.00 o'clock brunch buffet is very much worth visiting. Included are a number of "jaki-lima" hawker-stands with various traditional dishes and drinks. Inside there is a good Japanese, and desert buffet as well as more traditional Indonesian dishes. In the yard is kitchen which provides freshly made rice and noodle dishes as well as various types of saté and fried goodies. For less than â¬15 it is a thoroughly enjoyable bargain!

Chinese food inspired by different Asian countries cooking. Walked in did not expect much but walked out quite happily. I was by myself so I ordered light dishes: corn soup and sautè vegetable with assorted mushrooms. Soup okay but the veggie was delicious. Balance of taste and texture. Ingredients fresh. The place looked quite new. Modern setting & clean. I hope it would exist for long time so I can try more dishes. I normally stay in the hotel just walking distance from this place.
