4 stars are for food. Service - we were initially sat in the cold area of the restaurant (as did not have a booking), another waitress soon after moved us to a nicer 'location'. Parking is available nearby the restaurant however it is only a few spaces. Food was very good.

A relatively new (when compared to the others on Penken) restaurant so has a clean, modern feel to it. When it first opened it was relatively unknown and so no queues even in half-term week! It has become busier but the crowds can be avoided if you choose your vist time accordingly i.e. when the ski schools break for lunch!Food is good and well priced; if the weather is nice it is great to sit outside and eat (or just have a drink) while enjoying the fabulous views.

my wife and I spend the evening for our anniversary at Sieghards and enjoyed the "Geniesser Dinner" . Excellent and attentive Service, well balanced menue of appetizer, main course and dessert and accompanying wines, a perfect balance of Food and Wine, congratulations to the chef and Sommelier !!The experience was well worth every euro !!

This is an usual restaurant perched on the cliff face above the Zillergrund dam. There are two ways in - via the open lattice metal stairway which is clipped onto the rock face (perhaps not for the faint hearted) or via the roadway which runs up from the top of the Zillergrund dam and round to the rear of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is quite 'Harry Potterish', it could be straight from Diagon Alley. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, the portions ample and tasty. Well worth a visit, even if it takes an hour by bus (the 8328 service from Mayrhofen station (bahnhof)).

The restaurant at the Hotel Pramstraller, open to non-residents. Serves traditional Austrian dishes and (as the name suggests) Italian favourites. Salad bar. Mainly icecream based desserts. Good choice of drinks by the glass. Reasonable prices in line with less accommodating establishments. Friendly and careful service in a comfortable series of rooms. Definitely worth the short walk beyond the church.

This is a big dining area in the Hotel Kramerwirt. Good quality menu with a very nice atmosphere. Staff are also very good. Don't be put off by the fact that the restaurant is in a hotel. This place is wonderful. A little more expensive than others but well worth it. It was near Michelin star quality. If you reserve a table with a small deposit you receive a nice little appetiser. We went twice it was so good. Can highly recommend the linguine, burger and fillet steak! Nice fine wines especially if you have a few thousand euros to spare, although some very reasonably priced ones too. Canât wait to go again. On the last day of the season, so many restaurants on the pistes were closed and we were delighted to find this one not only open but also offering fabulous food. The chicken (breaded breast) came with a beautiful salad and garlic bread on the side. The goulash soup came in two sixes - normal and gigantic! A meal in itself. Waitress service completed the picture - just great!

We ate here as a family (two teenagers) and everyone loved it (I have venison ragout). The salad bar was superb, the best we came across all week. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The place was nicely full and the atmosphere was just lovely. âWhite outâ on the mountain. Dash!! Or ruder words that TA wonât accept. Back to hotel and changed. After wandering aimlessly round the village, fell upon this place in the quiet top corner of the town. Glad we did. Unlike previous reviewers, we were not bothered about it being different (go to st anton sir and spend â¬400 on your lunch), we just wanted tasty. Thatâs what we got. Great goulash, good spaghetti, tasty breads and meat spreads. Service good, polite and there when you needed it. A great lunch experience.
