Well yesterday my daughter yook me for dinner and i had Steak amd Lobster and my daughter had Steak ans Baked Potato..the steaks were tough and under cooked the potatoes were burnt....this is not Keg Standard..however Manager Christine totally corrected the situation by not charging our dinners as well giving my daughter a fresh dinner to take home..talk about customer service..now thsts the way it should be and with a smile...Totally amazing and YES we will go back just for that

Dinner started with a standard caesar salad. Then to a pasta alla putanesca that was simply penne with a mouth full of sun dried tomatoes and capers. Very uninspired. But the piec e de resistance was the pork loin chop. Oh my goodness. It was like biting into a salt biscuit. My arteries started to clog immediately. We had heard that Chop steakhouse was exceptional and decided to try it out in Oakville.The hostess was really genuinely nice , our server was amazing and Ashley the Manager remembered taking our reservation the night before by telephone and came over to say hello. We decided to share 5 appetizers between the 2 of us and the food was hot and tasted fresh and delicious.Will definitely return hopefully sooner then later.Your really pretty staff make the restaurant even nicer...Thank you T6434AXstevel for sharing your experience! With a three and five year old included, they served us well. Excellent service and very accommodating, the food was perfect for the kids and adults alike. Dumb Sum and Cauliflower starters were very nice and the mains cooked perfectly. A table in the back corner for six worked well.

Have eaten there many times . On the average decent value for the dollar. Did you know the price goes up on the weekend for the same fare ? The service can be questionable some times. I've had many terrible times you couldn't find a server . Until the bill came and they where all friendly. So if your.a regular and there close by . Go there Monday to Friday.Hi John, Our menu prices are the same every day of the week. We do have a weekday breakfast special that runs Monday to Friday until 11 a.m. where we offer a discounted early bird breakfast. Perhaps this is what you're referring to? Went with a group of ladies. Everyone had a great meal. The tomato soup, as per those who ordered it, was fantastic. I had a caesar salad which was fantastic.Again, everyone had a different dinner and all were very good. My wild boar orrichiette was fantastic.Only issues were that the only credit and debit card processing machine was not working. Had to write out our credit card numbers with our names. They could have probably called in for authorization or downloaded an app onto the ipad. It would have been more of an issue had the restaurant been busy.Second issue was that the 2 kitchen staff, 1 with very bushy hair were not wearing hair nets. I believe this is against health and safety regulations.

We had a family function here in the private dining room. The resto was busy although we couldn't tell since the dining room was relatively secluded and quiet.I will preface the detailed comments by saying that we were entirely satisfied and received multiple compliments from our guests about the quality of the experience.Arranging the dinner by email from another city was relatively smooth, although the person on the other end isn't great on details. We received 80% of what we asked for, but the other 20% was not dealt with. This 20% wasn't critical (date, time and restaurant address were all correct)....but still. If details are important to you, I advise you to pick up the phone when dealing with Cucci for a group dinner.Or you could wait until you arrive. I don't usually name-check people in reviews, but I would like to recognize the manager Marino for his excellent and professional service. He identified the 20% of gaps that my email correspondent had missed, and rapidly closed them of his own accord so that virtually nobody noticed. This might have been the 100th resto meal I ate so far this year, and the quality of his service really stood out.Food was delicious: antipasti, primi, and second were all very nice. Tiramisu was tasty even if not quite to my nonna's standard.The wine list is comprehensive and reasonably priced.We only walked through the dining room on the way to our private room, but it looked pleasant and had a nice buzz.Thank you to Cucci for a memorable evening with family.I would eat here again, and (minor hitches with planning aside) I would recommend Cucci to anyone for a special occasion.

On all three visits over the past few years the food, service and ambiance were very good. I had the porcetta/seafood special (see photo) and some in our group had the crème brulee dessert. I love this restaurant for its location and ease of parking. We had no complaints and were happy with everything.

This restaurant is charming but quite small. I would guess that it seats only around thirty people. And, it is very popular which leads to the issue of needing a reservation.While we were dining there we saw many prospective diners turned away simply due to the lack of a reservation, and we were there very early, around 5PM. I would imagine that later in the evening that this issue increases.The ambiance is fun, nothing fancy and seating areas are a bit tight. But, the food is great and, all-in-all it makes for a totally enjoyable dining experience. Prices are reasonable and the service is great.After dining, consider taking a stroll over to the waterfront and marina to round out an enjoyable evening.Adequate parking exists in the lot behind the restaurant - but take care to park in the closer lot. If you park in the bigger lot we were told that there was potential of getting towed.

We stumbled upon Symposium Cafe when looking for a place for lunch while traveling through the area. I quickly looked it up on Trip Advisor, and the good reviews prompted us to give it a try. Although we were dubious about a mall restaurant, it turned out to be a good decision. The food was very good, and the service was friendly to our family of 5. I would happily go back if in the area.
