i arrived 45 minutes before a performance for food.I was surprised at the excellent choice. The seating area on the ground floor was almost full - that indicates a very popular place.I chose hot food that arrived within 10 minutes. The soup which was thick and tasty arrived with a thick slice of freshly baked bread and butter.A good start to the evening.

On a mission this year to support local/independent businesses, this beautiful little cafe was our first of the year! Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, quick service in a well decorated environment would recommend and most certainly will be visiting again, Iâd love to try the tapas next time!

This cafe has been a favourite of mine for what must be nearly 10 years. It is my first choice when in town for a light lunch.It serves honest, home cooked food which tastes great and offers a wide variety of choices.It also has a lovely friendly atmosphere.This last visit with my grandparents lived up to all expectations and they loved it too! I will continue to come back again and again.

Stopped off in Hereford for a quick break . Staff are nice and meatballs are ok but donât expect big portions. Have to say paying 2.30 for a milkshake which is only flavoured not happy. Then realise that I could have upgraded to a Milkshake for 3.10 which would have had ice cream and whipped cream. Unimpressed .

This cafe has been here for decades and it never ceases to amaze me that it maintains its customer base and attract new from visitors the city.Ideally located near to High Town and within sight of the Cathedral it's got old fashioned charm with friendly helpful Staff, good choice of wholesome food and reasonable prices. So much better than those who try too hard or mass produce like some pub chains.Long may it last and remain a gem for Hereford city.

This is a great cafe with super service and lovely fresh food and coffees. Nice and airy very clean and efficient and friendly staff. I had a good coffee and an excellent chicken and bacon sandwich accompanied by a green salad and wedges pretty good I have to say.Itâs down St Owen St head for the town hall and continue down the street it will be on your left.Thank you Miro will see you soon !!

Visited last night as a table of four. Greeted as soon as we walked in, we had booked so weâre shown to our table, wine and drinks menus given and the drinks order was taken and delivered quickly.The food was amazing, we were given advice from the waitress on portion size and choices. Fabulous meal. Chef/owner came out to chat to us near the end of our meal which was a lovely touch.Highly recommend and we will return.Thank you very much for your review and great comments. We are happy that you liked our service and the food. Will be pleasure to serve you again.

Called In with friends for lunch. The food was adequate as we were starving but nothing amazing. Menu very limited and small maybe the elderly owner has cut the choices down. Puddings were ok and coffee so so.

Lovely meal from the fixed price evening menu. Mackerel pate starter and the smoked salmon, leek and potato main were both delicious but the peach melba roulade was absolutely devine. Very friendly staff. Great meal. A litlle larger portion of the main would have earned the full 5 stars!!
