Stopped for a light lunch after our boat trip to Spinalonga. The café is right by the sea with lovely views over to the island. Friendly service â the waiter replaced the cream sachets served with our tea with fresh milk straight away when we asked.

Visited a couple of times this week with family for pre-dinner cocktails. Itâs got a lovely chilled feel, great location. Service is spot on!Only downside.... they have ceiling fans located under the lighting and when switched on last night created a very uncomfortable strobing effect!!!! None of us liked it and tried to ignore it unsuccessfully. We had to leave as one of our party was being particularly badly affected and didnât want to trigger a seizure, which was such a shame If the fans are left off when the lights are on or moved I would recommend. Hi Christine, thank you so much for your review and coming to enjoy our wonderful cafe/bar in Elounda. We are sorry you did not tell us about the problem with the fans, as we could have turned them off! Most people like them for the fresh air flow. Hope to see you again soon. We popped in after seeing they were advertising the England rugby match in the World Cup. The owner showed us to a great table with an excellent view of of the many tv's showing the game. We ordered some food and were not disappointed with the quality or service.

I recwntly went with my 6 year old daughter and my mother who is in a wheelchair has has very limited mobility. The two ladies one being the owner could not have been more helpful. They assusted my mother and carried her wheelchair.We have been there three times during our stay and each time the food and service has been just as superb as the last time. Extremely friendly and very helpful with information. They have a cat called barney who has been inherited by each owner that the building has had. Lush cat! Both ladies were not only fab with my mother but also with my 6 year old. They spoke to her with respect and like she was a person. Nothing was too much trouble. It is definitely a must if you visit Elounda!!!
