Since I had a good experience with this company for my family last year (see my review then - https://www.tripadvisor.com.ph/ShowUserReviews-g294265-d12109625-r639194652-Maxi_Cab_Singapore-Singapore.html#REVIEWS), I decided to use them again this year for our group of friends. We are a group of 20+ PAX and I am glad that there is a company who would accommodate our group. We availed of their 45-seater coach for roundtrip airport transfers and it was a very comfortable and smooth ride both ways. The driver of this coach was Prakash. He was very courteous and assisted us in organizing all our luggage in the bus. I am sure it was not an easy task with all our luggage. We also requested last-minute for a transfer from our hotel to Gardens By The Bay and they were able to provide a 29-seater coach which was perfect for us. The driver of this coach Mike was very patient with us since some of our group members with toddlers were a bit late in boarding the bus. He just smiled and kept saying that it's ok and he understands. I am grateful that he was very understanding of our plight. Overall, this service is very reliable. I communicate with them via Whatsapp and they respond right away and with such detail. Whoever is managing the Whatsapp communication must also be commended. Honestly, there are cheaper options which we have also tried but unfortunately we have experienced some issues with others. Maxi-Cab Singapore is truly worth the few extra dollars if you want to have a smooth and relaxing vacation!

It was amazing wee journey for me and my little one, from Beach station to Sentosa Cove Village. After my terrible experience with some maxicab companies in Singapore, I'm really glad to have found these guys who provided an excellent driver who was great in every way from the initial pickup, to the journey and even during the drop off. My husband and I travelled with Luxury Coach from Meleka to Singapore to take a cruise back home to Sydney. I have read a lot reviews that foreign passengers were left behind by coach bus in Singapore Immigration due to excessive wait time and I came across the positive reviews about Luxury Coach. With the assistance of the staff especially Rosemary, I managed to get the correct tickets and Rosemary kept informing me with the travel details. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service of staff Rosemary, the driver and tour guide. The wait time to get thru the Singapore Immigration was over an hour and the driver waited for us right outside the office. If you are not local, I highly recommend you to travel with Luxury Coach. Hassel free travel and very reliable

I took 66 today on SBS6322H. Bus driver was really friendly and helpful. He asked passengers to move in so that those in the front can enter. Best part is this driver does this everyday so that we can all reach our destination on time. This driver is very commendable and makes the journey so much more enjoyable. Thank you uncle!
