Took a stroll down the canal path after a lovely meal at the Barley Mow, and if seeing the Cosgrove lock in full operation wasn't enough, we came across this impressive structure, a waterway crossing a waterway. First time I'd seen an aqueduct in real life and was pleasantly surprised.

On Boxing Day a great tradition when the firefighters show their hose skills at the bridge. On Spring and summer days it's warmer and calmer, and a lovely tranquil place to picnic with children
