Nice and remote place with stunning views. Should be visited since glacier is melting. Best time to visit during the week as the gondola is very small and waiting queue could be long on the weekend.

We were almost fooled that this was just a busy road across the Aare but found as we crossed it that afforded fabulous views of the old town and also towards the Alps. Easy to do as it is right in the heart of the old town.
