After an afternoon in the Belgian forrest, we were longing for a good place to eat. We just strolled around the market place and found 'Tapas en zo' looking attractive from the outside and the menu on display. We were not disappointed. Great food with good quality. We took the menu, which gives you a bunch of cold tapas, a bunch of hot tapas and some more tapas with a coffee or desert afterwards. It all tasted delicious, the ladies serving us were very friendly and the place was busy but not too busy.

It's certainly not bad, there is good value for money, but it might be a bit more (quality of service, presentation of food ...). Nice place to have a drink if you are biking along the Maas.

Saturday night, Bib gourmand 4 course menu 45â¬Made reservations 1h up front, I guess we were lucky and someone cancelled.. The place was packed so it's advised to make reservations up front. We had a little amuse, followed by the starters duck tartare and foie grass.. Wasn't amazed then the second course (fish) ok.. Main dish was great (I had the lamb) and I absolutely loved the desert (citrus fruits and home made vanilla ice cream)Love the way they integrate local produce in their menu. Thumbs up! Over all good value for your money.

Dit restaurant ligt niet zo ver van de oevers van de maas in een rustige straat. Buiten a la carte is er ook een wekelijkse wisselende menu uit 3 of 4 gangen. Vriendelijke en deskundige bediening. Er bestaat de mogelijkheid om eventueel op het terras te eten en het restaurant beschikt over een eigen parking.

Out local friends recommended this cafe. We had a enjoyable coffee with apple cake prior to embarking on a local walk. Returning three hours later we then enjoyed their soup of the day which was served with local ham on bread. The cafe has a strong local clientale and is conviently located on the main road, right on the Belguim border and displays some border memorabilia. The staff provided us with a local map showing local foot and cycle paths. We used these to find the Maas River and saw a range of birdlife and indeed evidence of beavers.

Whenever I come to 't Tegelhuuske I feel like being a kid again, sailing along my dad and a setting sun on the horizon. Sailing towards this cosy restaurant.The food is nostalgically good and comes at a reasonable price.

Tiffany's is a well known place, run by the same couple for 34 years. They serve only one menu, which is an excellent decision. Fresh ingredients and well balanced price-quality. Wetter permitting you can sit outside on the market place. Friendly lady of the house. Can firmly recommend.

I used to have a very good experience with this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed during our last visit (with the whole family). Service was below expectations, not too friendly, while prices were relatively high .... Maybe we were there on a bad day ........
