Reviewed By amcs1983We stayed here for a quick overnight stop on our way to Norway. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the basics covered. For a night or two stopover this place is very handy. It was quiet and the car was fine outside. We arrived quite late at night and well after reception had closed. But we messaged the hotel that day and they sent the code to open the door and our room. Very fast responses and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a self service affair but perfectly fine. Fruit, breads and cereals. Plenty of choice of milks, juices and yoghurts in the fridge. Exactly what you need for a one night stop.

The perfect stay!
Reviewed By caza3556I have stayed at this hotel/hostel numerous times now and would like to let everybody know it is the perfect location in Gothenburg. Henrik is the most charming manager and made me fresh coffee on my arrival, which after 20 hours on the night train, was amazing. He gave me a wonderful fresh breakfast on my last day as it was over ordered. One of my favorite parks in the city is just across the road. They have a lovely restaurant/ bar the side of the lake which is very spiritual to say the least. I often go out to eat if i am lazy or I get fresh fish from down the road and cook my own. The kitchen is well equipped and nice to sit and eat there. I will be returning before Christmas as it feels like my new home. Enjoy!!!

Hotel 46 is located in the heart of Vänersborg at lake Vänern and the beautiful park Skräcklan and is within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, shops and cafés. Due to our central location most places you will wish to visit in Vänersborg are easily accessible on foot.

The room was clean, well-lit and well-heated, and the breakfast buffet was more than enough to get me through a morning of wandering surrounding countryside.

Worst hotel in "Gothenburg"
Reviewed By 100nertA new hotel that feels old. Had a room on the 7th floor due to a "big specific group with young people" that was occuping the six first floors and was making noise all night. Felt more like a 3 star Ibis hotel then a 4 star hotel. The worst part was the cleaning. Found a pair of male socks on the floor by the bed and peanuts on the floor in the bathroom. See pictures. The breakfast was also very lame and not covid secure since there where a ton of people there and limited hand sanitizer. A really standard hotel far away from the city center in a industrial area. Will not book it again.

Located very conveniently a short walk from the lovely Haga district, and lots of the best bars/restaurants are nearby. Ideal for a short stay on a budget.

Reviewed By 226steinlA wonderful place with perfect Swedish «sparsmakad», tasteful, presentation. Naturum is next to Läckö Castle, which is in itself worth a visit. We spent a night, and were delighted by our room with a view of the lake. Very comfortable beds. Back for the restaurant soon, all organic. Our breakfast was a feast. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By 393rolandlWe were there just 3 nights and it was very nice! Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was very familiar. A sauna visit with a jump into the water outside is very refreshing. Using the fast boat (as offered by Lotshotellet) fo arrival and departure is a good choice.

In addition, whenever someone moves around inside, or outside a unit, adjacent rooms literally shake and it sounds like you are stuck in a hailstorm of bowling balls (even minor perfectly normal movement). If you are fortunate enough to book at the same time as a bunch of inconsiderate middle aged, drunk baboons that decide to showcase everything that is wrong with Swedish alcohol traditions - then you are essentially stuck in a very loud tumbledryer.
